Yeah, but she only shows up if you repeat Batman v Superman three times in the mirror.

I once made a harmless joke that didn't mention/have anything to do with her and still got a lecture for whatever reason.
Why did a wanted man get a promotion in the army without any build up or any indication that he earned it in the eyes of the army?
How did they get a gift from a dead predator after his ship blew up? And he came totally with malicious and murderous intents?

Just saw The Ballad of Buster Scruggs, really liked it.
Absolutely gorgeous photography/cinematography, and it's the Coens, 'nuff said.
I really liked it too. Would've loved it if it had ended on a stronger short, but the closing one was probably my least-favorite of the bunch.Just saw The Ballad of Buster Scruggs, really liked it.

That sounds like a glowing review if I’ve ever heard one! Finally saw Venom.

Just saw The Favourite. Loved it. I REALLY wonder how they're gonna submit these actresses for the Oscar because all 3 ladies are leads to me. But whatever category Olivia Colman ends up in, she deserves to win, imo.
Funny; I think that generally with Coen brothers' movies, I have to let things simmer a bit and things start growing in my brain, because of that right now the last segment is probably my favorite, I think it connects all of the other segments thematically and also caps the story mirroring (in a way) the first one (which I didn't feel until like 15 minutes after finishing the movie); I also praised the cinematography through the whole thing, but in that one I found it to be really lushI really liked it too. I couldn't pick a fave in terms of cinematography - they were all gorgeous - but I just found that one to have the least-engaging characters...so of course it had to be the one where they talk the most, lol.Funny; I think that generally with Coen brothers' movies, I have to let things simmer a bit and things start growing in my brain, because of that right now the last segment is probably my favorite, I think it connects all of the other segments thematically and also caps the story mirroring (in a way) the first one (which I didn't feel until like 15 minutes after finishing the movie); I also praised the cinematography through the whole thing, but in that one I found it to be really lush![]()
Mmmm...well, I personally found pretty much all of the characters across the different stories to be pretty engaging (some more than others of course, but still), I felt that the last segment had the characters actually verbalizing the themes shown in the previous segments, and...I couldn't pick a fave in terms of cinematography - they were all gorgeous - but I just found that one to have the least-engaging characters...so of course it had to be the one where they talk the most, lol.
