I’ve got Spider-Verse next up. Maybe Bumblebee can make it the week after.I saw Bumblebee earlier today. Really enjoyed it. Charming and very Amblin-esque as some reviewers described.
Shoe's on the other foot.
Never thought I'd see the day Namor gets mentioned so casually in anything other than the comics.Never thought I'd see the day that Namor was considered the uncool one.
Also: "Gavin? Has anyone seen my friend Gavin??"
I didn't care for the score, but I agree with everything else.Saw Aquaman tonight. They did a really good job.
Any thoughts that they are Marvelizing the DCEU is false. Obviously this wasn't a Snyder movie, but this still felt like a DC movie. Big, bold with the designs, good score (I was surprised by that), and quite a bit of fun. While there was certainly plenty of humor, rarely did it come at the expense of the drama or heart (big plus for me). The audience was clapping at the end which I was surprised by.
Can't wait for it to release here. How many episodes was the season? That titans finale, I enjoyed myself so much
And oh my sweet god that post credit, it was too much for one sitting

It's like people think MCU invented humor. That was typical action adventure humor, like in Indiana Jones
A Simple Favor really surprised me. Especially Blake Lively. It was a hoot.
And the thing with Aquaman is that despute the humor and light tone it still takes its story and mythology seriously, you know? I felt that it never broke the tension or drama for quips like Ragnarok for example which seemed intent on constantly telling the audience "dont take any of this silly comic book s*** seriously."
And, you know, i think the lack of that irreverant, self aware, self deprecating humor that Joss Whedon popularized is maybe why some critics were sour on the movie. They felt that we shouldnt be expected to take all this "ONE TRUE KING OF THE OCEAN" stuff seriously.

live-action Young Justice!Titans S1 finale credit scene...

Kon and Krypto!
Finally we get a good boi that could be all heroic and not makes us worried about his safety or fatal wound that much... in live action!
I remember several members talked about live action Krypto just few weeks ago!
The truth about Kon's biological parents information could leads to interesting scene.
'Wait, how? Did Luthor knocked up...'
Several weeks ago some of us talked about it and now that credit scene happened.
And maybe we supposed to joke about something too. The last time we joked about Alfred solo we got a solo series out of it.![]()
