Lounge of Justice - Part 90

Given how WB is so desperately trying to bury it, it probably won't come out on HBO Max now either. :o

Godzilla vs Kong will eventually be like that 1994 Fantastic Four movie you can only find bootlegged at comic cons...

EDIT:

And it’ll only be available on VHS just for good measure

Now I'm beginning to think that this 2021 HBO Max streaming plan is dead in the water. Will WarnerMedia seriously risk losing all this talent as a result?

There are multiple parties involved, TOHO, Legendary and WB, if they are not on same page, GvK might get stuck in litigation.

People aren’t going to theaters anytime soon. They should stick with the plan they just announced. Streaming and theaters is the best way to go right now. Theaters won’t be viable until 2022.

As if it the lack of marketing wasn't bad enough.

There's always new talent on the come up who won't ask for 10m and bonuses. I don't see AT&T stopping for anyone or anything

The problem is once you've provided this service and make films available for streaming on day 1 of release, good luck removing that option from the people paying for your service. Anyone who thinks Warner will just go back to normal after 2021 are going to get a serious wake up call.

Of course AT&T won't stop for anything....they want that Netflix type of $$$$.

Cyberpunk 2077

Question to the brehs here who are following the game news/reviews for spoilers etc. May I just skip the main-story and just get a pad with a bunch of women? And if so, can I roll up to different spots with said women and just cause havoc?
You're not forced into doing the main storyline straight away. You can walk and explore, do side-missions, roam around the city in vehicles... You may have to hit certain story points to meet new people, though.

As for romancing NPCs, some may not be into you because of sexual orientation or life style (someone who grew up on the streets may not like you because you're a corporate suit). And no, you won't be able to make love to Keanu. :o

HBO Max Could Be Getting Ads In 2021

Just to be clear, if they make a cheaper ad-supported tier then that's fine but if they'll turn the current sub into an ad-supported tier and then introduce a more expensive ad-free tier then that's whack. Double whack if they just put adds to the current sub and don't provide an ad-free version.

In all fairness the only people DC could do that with now is most of the Batmen, unless the want to some how bring Reeve back to life, and convince Routh to come back once again after Crisis. Other than that you can only have Wonder Woman because we all know Welling isn't putting on the suit.

Cold days are good for some pizza.

2020 brought us the Snyder cut, Keaton returning as Batman and Tobey and Andrew Garfield back as Spiderman.

So. What else was on our “this will never happen” bucket list thats likely to be next?

Hmm, let's check the list.

  • Disney officially introduces the concept of alternate timelines/multi-verse in the "Star Wars" franchise, thus liberating most fans from the continuity established in the sequel trilogy.
  • Black Narcissus takes a lifetime vow to never get involved with another woman for the rest of his life as he becomes a Tibetan monk.
  • Henry Cavill is confirmed to return as Superman for his own solo.
  • Justice League 2 is officially announced, with Zack Snyder returning as the Director.
  • Herolee is revealed to be engaged to Daisy Ridley, after breaking up with Caity Lotz from Legends. :o

Weird how you went with 5 things that could happen then finished with 1 that won't ever happen.
