The new ones are dreck.

Even the early 90's stuff was alright but now it's been completely watered down. They have a MAD show on Cartoon Network during the afternoon for goodness sake.

Nowhere near as daring as it used to be.

I get a kick out of the covers they do.

I only care for a few stuff in the rare times I read them; Mad look at something, the bright side of, and the joke movie scenario

I watched the 2003 "Texas Chainsaw Massacre", in the truck there was the head of Mad on the roof

Putting cardboard in the sandwich. Placing sesame seeds strategically on top of the sandwich. Not cooking the meat all the way. And using skewers to "brown" it to give it the right look.
