Luke constructed his lightsaber which is Green from parts found in Obi-Wan's hut on, The Blue one he inherited was from his father Anakin.

so yes he better have his ROTJ green lightsaber in TFA

Luke had it on Endor when he returns. In the post-ROTJ canon Marvel comics, he has the green lightsaber (Shattered Empire #4).

I'm very happy that Hamill's looking much healthier. I want that man to live forever. And hell, going by the photo above, I wouldn't mind it if Luke went sans beard in Episode VIII. He's in great shape.
