I'm hoping they dont make the mistake of having MARS become Cobra at the end of the film. One of the great things about Cobra was basically those in the 'high command' all pretty much had a 'sub organization' that could break away and work independantly.

Destro had MARS and supplied the weapons,
Zartan had the Dreadnoks which were the 'guys on the ground' so to speak,
and the Twins had Extensive Enterprises (the legal face of Cobra) as well as the Crimson Gaurd.
