Making the perfect Spidey suit

Well how do I do that? I have a small picture of the pattern, I'd just need to stretch it out and brighten the colors...
But I'll take your word for it and assume your version is the easy version. But...um... how do I do that?

Bare in mind the picture needs(from the book might I guess?) to be of high enough quality with enough resolution,

It can work and I'd advise you try it but it wont be as straight forward as how I put it. Maybe message me.:yay:

Sorry to say that: NO chance...

Here in germany we've tried different legal ways to get in contact with olli or get the money back for the ones, who ordered a suit...

In the first times he answered to mails but only a short time later nobody heared anything from him.

Bingo Ollie BS'ed me for a Year straight till he finally stopped all contact:cmad:
But I did gain some Interesting pictures & Info On his suits, That I plan on using If i EVER get my suit project off the ground.

Hey Guys does anyone know what ever happened to Young NYC?

I chat with NYC fairly often We are always kicking around Ideas and projects. He ordered some Wolverine claws from another member of the SHH. So he asked me to tackle making a set of movie style claws if he never gets the set he ordered last we spoke.

You know what? This thread is 8 years old, and we still don't have any comprehensive instructional guide to how to make a spider-man suit using the movie method.
Somebody who isn't cramming for finals like I am should do that.

I dont see that happening. As I said before this has turned into a show off thread no useful information ever makes it on these pages. There was once many years ago a 4 or 5 page talk about spidey props where someone who had ties to the film shared some info and tips about the film uses suit. I found more Information in those few pages then I found in all 800 pages here.:whatever:

Finding a decent print file or a CAD file of the spider man suit webbing is a pain! Funny I can have a CNC Mold made of the webbing for so cheap its not funny and for the life of me No one is selling or willing to trade the web file now thats what i call a community. I find most people contact me only for info on suits and offer nothing in return or never come threw on there end of the bargin.

Btw Nice work German spider.

That's spidersuitmaker (Mike's) pattern. Same one Ernie was using.

That is a nice pattern Much better then the one I got from Mike.

Does anybody have any advice on making a simple suit? My dad prints shirts, if that helps at all.

Some members say it's legit if you want to spend the cash, the seller has a 99.3 rating though.:word:Sorry dude, you wanted a webbing file, this is the suit pattern.

Spidermilk, your suit looks really saturated in the pictures? Almost as If you tried to correct the colors of the suit in your pictures. If not, the colors are still REALLY saturated.

Whoaa, it nic,e to see you back around here C after so long, My next suit has many planned changes, Which I've known about for along time, than ks for the tip.

I'd thought I showcase something else of mine. Does any one has a problem with it being batman? This has been one of my lazy sculpts which I never finish. The joys of wet clay.

webs?! please let it be webs

Lol, 1/4 of this batch should be enough for the web portion. I guess it's not really TS just a custom Werewolf prosthetic. It's my first venture into the horror world, As Jesterfx has put it a few times, he loves doing Horror Fx over costume FX and I cant wait to get started on this next one. It's gonna have punched hair, Yellow contacts lens, FX teeth... I'm just waiting on some Oil clay and some misc stuff and then I'm gonna start sculpting.

Dude.. I've been watching your auction. It's up.. it's down.. it's on..then off.. then on again. I'm still interested in a closer look at your suit. All the pics are too far away to see any real detail. Also, is the rubber webbing urethane or baked foam latex. Can I suggest a close-up of the chest spider and webbing. Buyers like to see what they're getting and chest spider close-up always looks cool.

Here's a different video I put together real quick for everyone.
These are just about to be placed on my latest costume. The color used for the frames is a layered affect that I get using my own mixture of paints. The lenses are custom as well. You won't find them like this anywhere else!
And no, I do not sell them individually, so don't ask. :cwink:

What's stopping somebody from taking a screencap of that pattern...

Bubastis, I've already explained this to you about uprezzing from downrezed material, Sadly maybe in 10 years time this technology will exist but it won't work.

Interesting...

LOOOL, Oh spidermanC you still amaze me!!! I'm gonna keep this short and sweet because it's clear by your attitude your trying to get a rise...

Your forgetting something pretty major here pal..

Wasn't the original Front spider pattern widely available on the Spiderman 2 soundtrack...
lol,

Don't worry I'm not gna hijack this thread and fill it with "continual BS" like you seem to need.

Take your problem to the IM and see if I respond to ya.

END

Lets stop hating and start contributing- for those who don't know or who haven't read through all 800 pages of this thread the front spider is WIDELY AVAILABLE ON THIS OST CD and IT's THE SAME ONE THEY USED ON THE FILMS

What's so interesting about the fact, that both used the same pattern?
This pattern was posted in this thread years ago... a lot of us made vector-graphics and shared them with others. I guess, about a hunderd people do have the same pattern for the spider...

Anyone interested in a complete Schuurkes kit for sale? $750 shipped. I don't have the time to put it together.
Thanks.

Just starting to glue the webbing down. The spider isnt attached. It's just sitting on top of the webbing.
