Picked up a Hawkeye the other day at a Toys R Us, and while I was deciding between the two Hawkeyes on the peg (one had a messed up paint job), a store employee came and just took Thor off the peg right in front of me. He's lucky I wasn't planning on buying it, or else I would've been livid. I was clearly looking at the Legends figures, just hadn't gotten to Thor yet.

Thanks Spideyboy. I just found out (the hard way) that walmart.com is not up to date. I saw them on the website, did not hold for pickup like I should have, dude was restocking the toy aisle and had no idea what I was talking about. He said no, just because it's on the site as available at the location it said, does not mean it's on the peg. Bummer. Lesson learned. Buy it!!

it could easily mean they just have other legends in stock and are using the same DCPI codes at walmart too as previous waves.

it's always best to call and walk them through it.

though, just because it says in stock, doesn't mean they arn't on hold for someone else, or were just purchased and the site wasn't updated yet. It happens. no guarantee.

First, they don't give us a movie Thor.
Second they make Ultron a ****ing BAF!
Now, instead of giving us a movie Vision, they give us a comic one!?!? **** YOU Hasbro!
How could they give us a movie Cap, Hulk and Iron Man, but not give us a movie Thor!?
Also, what the hell did they do to Ant-Man's helmet? why the **** is the mouth piece open? did they do that to make it more comic-accurate??? Are they seriously changing movie designs now?

Movie Thor is part of an Amazon 4 pack with Banner, Widow, and Hawkeye.
I could be wrong but it looks like the helmet is removable on movie Ant Man, hence the reason the mouth piece is lower.

I don't really see the big deal. Would it be nice for him to be packaged alone? Sure. But in that four pack you're getting the rest of the movie wave essentially. Not to mention a freaking Banner. I'm all for it and heck, if you want that movie Thor by himself that bad, I'm sure you'll enable to find him on eBay by himself.

I can't believe Hasbro didn't make movie Vision. it's almost like a slap in the face to release the comic Vision instead of the movie one, around SAME time as Vision's film debut in Age of Ultron.. that just seems backwards
Don't even get me started on Ultron being a BAF.
Regardless if the helmet is removable or not, I hate the way that helmet looks, it just looks wrong; it's like a failed attempt to make it resemble the comics a bit more, why couldn't Hasbro just leave the design alone?

The only Half-assed* *Hasbro* *ahem* Hasbro product I'm looking forward to is that Scarlet Spider figure.

Clear over reaction. Be happy for the figures we actually are getting like, that Hulkbuster, Grim Reaper, White tiger, Misty Knight, Hellcat, Chameleon, Thundra, and Kraven.

I mean they are even getting those lost figures out there in Batroc, Blizzard, Bulldozer, War Machine, and Tiger Shark. Which I believe leaves us with Blade, Lyra, Songbird, FF Doom, and Redpool missing. NOT BAD AT ALL.

the waist swivel on the Ultron BAF feels a tad unnecessary from a design point

You're nitpicking. Ultron Prime in the movie is relatively as big or taller than the Hulk from what we've seen in trailers and have heard. His BAF is close to what Groots was in the Guardians line. I'm fine with that. That looks to be movie accurate.

Nope, Hulk is the same size as Ultron:

5 inches taller as a matter of fact. Hasbro just wanted to give customers (such as myself) a reason to buy characters that I would otherwise NEVER buy; characters like comic Yellow Jacket, Bulldozer and Grim Reaper.
It's ****ing lazy and cheap IMO.
