I wouldn't get my hopes up on Justice. Also remember that Penace is probably there as a Thunderbolt (Green Goblin and Venom are also playable. Good to hear Nova is there.

Considering his costume selection is limited, Im sure they will include a Speedball skin for New Warrior fans to salivate over

Also untill confirmed, I wouldnt just assume these characters are playable. For all we know they will be one of the many NPCs

no not yet, but further confimation of them being playable in the article that told us about Hercules being a miniboss, which is in one of my earlier posts (a page back or so)

I'm hoping Nova is playable as well, he is another favorite.
Now I just have to keep my fingers crossed for Firestar, Balckbolt, Namor, Vision and Dazzler, any of whom would make me nerdgasm

it looks like some time in March 09, or at least before then. That is the end of the fiscal year which is the time frame that had been previously mentioned, but it's been a while since then so it may have changed.

Where's the Blade Love? Blade has 3 movies and two of them were pretty good (Blade 1 and 3). That's three more than Thor, Captain America, Vision, and Gambit.

I thought Blade was pretty cool in the 1st game (they could have made him stronger).

You seriously cant think that Blade 3 was one of the good Blade films?!?

Plus having more movies than other characters doesn't mean anything. This game isn't based on movies it based on the comic books. Blade isn't as popular a character as Thor, Cap or Gambit. If anything, i think Blade will be a side character, much like he was in the last game.

Blade didnt belong in the last game and he was lucky to be included. I definetly dont think he should be in this one. He seemed so out of place and his inclusion was forced. He is a Marvel character but really is so far removed from the Marvel Universe and all the other characters. He stuck out like a sore thumb

Isn't it about popularity? I will admit that Blade comics don't sell very well but Blade had 3 movies and a TV series (On spike). Of course the comic junkies like you and myself will want Nova, Gambit, and someone like Black Bolt but the mass public will identify with Blade.

Plus, if you think Blade didn't belong what about Sue Richards, Elektra, Reed Richards, and Doctor Strange? I found all those characters to be forced?

3 movies and a TV series and he is not as popular as Thor, Cap or Gambit? The novice fan knows more about Blade than they do Thor, Cap or Gambit. We can say Black Bolt is a way more interesting than Blade but to be honest more kids know who Blade is. And any movie that can make HHH look good as an actor has to be good. I thought it was a good story.

IMO, I thought Susan and Reed Richards were week characters and I didn't like playing them in the 1st game.

I really liked playing as:

Blade-Swords, throwing stars, and a gun
Iron Man-Could fly and overall weapons
Human Torch-see Iron Man
Spider Man-swinging on the web was cool
Silver Surfer-Strongest coolest powers

Sue Storm was a power house, she was pretty much unbeatable. And was the "jean grey" of X-men Legends 1. You could throw opponents off cliffs and kill them, or "vader" choke them essentially because sometimes they'd die before you even threw them! Reed was lame and week (far from forced though), but sue was probably one of the most powerful in the game.
