Yea, I know she started out as a X-Men Evolution character. That's the only thing I've seen her in. She just doesn't interest me. An angst-ridden female clone of an already angst-ridden male character sounds unnecessary.

Not always. But some are very subtle. Like some of those "HERP, SHE/HE IZ A WAIST OF TEH SLOT, DERP!" people that want to replace, say, Felicia, C. Viper, X-23, She-Hulk, and Trish, with Jon Talbain, M. Bison, Gambit, Venom, and Virgil. Basically, any "replacements" when most of them replacing most females with most male.

Actually, I'd want to replace Viper with Juri and Akuma with Bison. Add Virgil, Trish can stay and kick one of the Darkstalker chicks out for one of the guy baddies.

I remember that actually.It made no sense to complain back then because the character reveals were only just beginning.As far as the addition of X-Men characters:I could be wrong but didn't the X-Men start the VS series with X-Men vs Street Fighter??? Looking at it along those lines it makes sense.I'm thinking Capcom really must like the X-Men too.Also remember that Capcom was dying for Shuma Gorath to be there while Marvel wanted to add other characters.I'm just wondering what characters might we have gotten if Capcom didn't go ape over Shuma Gorath.

Hopefully MvC3 will spark some new interest in the characters enough to revive the series. Its a shame Capcom let so many of their series just die out with over a decade and no original installments

I don't like the kiddy beat to 1 it reminds me of Felicia's theme which I hate.

Most of it chalked up to either ''They are just a female version of their male counterpart" or wanting a male in over them. If alot of people had their way this game would be a complete sausage fest and all the Dalkstalkers save Morrigan would be men. Trish would be Virgil. Even Jill has had complaints, with people saying it should've been Leon.

Yeah Chuck Shuma for tha win!!! LOL.I liked Shuma in part 2 so I will give him a shot here.I can't wait for the other character reveals.

I think Amaterasu's the only female that hasn't gotten hate for simply being female. People hate on her because she's a "dog."

My only Darkstalker complaint? F**kin' Felicia. Again. REALLY?

Well to be fair Felicia is one of the most popular DS characters in Japan and was one of the first two designed. So I can see why she always gets in.

I have no hate for Hsien-Ko,Trish,Morrigan,or Phoenix.Especially not She-hulk.But Felica's spot could have gone to Jedah to beef the villains and X-23 is whatever for me.Elektra just doesn't interest me.

Jedah would cause the rating to go up. A full 3D HD Jedah would put mostly every character in Mortal Kombat to shame. There's absolutely no way the game could keep its T-rating with him, unless they severely neutered his abilities. I mean honestly, the guy chops of his own head as an attack, and his super attack involves him slitting his wrists and pummeling his opponents in a sea of blood.

Yeah, they don't. I've corrected people almost every time it's come up. You'd think people would at least google characters they're unfamiliar with to get some simple bits down, but I guess that's too much to ask. Or they could just play Okami and know for certain, since it's so awesome and almost certainly better than what they're playing now.

And are people hating on the female characters? That's dumb. The only one I don't care much for is X-23, mainly because I don't know anything about her. All the others are fine to me. She-Hulk alone is better than any other male character on the roster, outside maybe Thor or Cap. Maybe.
