Marvel vs. Capcom 3

I would rather face a whole team of Sentinels before I face one really good X-23 player. It's like Capcom knew I didn't want her in the game so they made her extra awesome just to piss me off.

She (and Hulk) are the two characters that I have the most trouble blocking against. She goes from high to low attacks too fast for me to think about switching between my crouch block and standing block. It doesn't help that she's one of the smaller characters.

That's one of my main problems with the game. I wish they toned down the speed just a little. I went online for the first time a few days ago and got annihilated in no time. It was just a blur.

X-23 was definitely a positive surprise for me. She's a definite in my team.

Never tried X-23 online, but I really like playing as her.

Yeah, she's fun to play. I like her move set and she IMO has the best theme song in the game. I liked her so much I actually kicked Thor's Norweigan ass off my team. You can't go wrong with jaded Jennifer.

Thor is a letdown. He could have easily been Marvel's Dante with a billion fun moves but instead he's just...not that great. At least not with me behind the controls.

I lose track of my characters all the time. I even lost a few matches because I didn't know what side of the screen I was on.

Captain America is where its at. He's my new favorite. Iron Man is also alot easier to use in this game than previous entries. Im enjoying him

Any word on new costumes? Im surpised there's not an actual schedule bc SSF and SSFIV had a steady stream of these. I think a new set was released every week or every 2 weeks with even a trailer to show them off and it was all announced but as far as Im aware, MvC3 is still a mystery

I didn't expect him to be so strong, but slow with some unimpressive moves. He reminds me of Thunder Hawk in that regard.

Has anyone on XBL by any chance made it to 1st Lord or any #1 rank title? I only need three achievements to acomplish and making it to 1st Lord or fighting someone who has is one of them.

EDIT: Okay I was just reading the last few pages and I noticed complaints about no story mode. I can somewhat understand considering the creators said that there would be one. I think people are more upset that they lied.

Captain America is where its at.

The only reason I don't like using him, his because of his voice. He sounds so, what's the word, bloated? I know they used the same guy as in the new Avengers cartoon. He does a great job there, but in the game? Horrible.

Just got the game today. I'm not really sure if I like it, kinda like everything else... The game is so fast and flashy and the controls so easy to pick up, I sometimes wonder if I'm just watching a cutscene because it is hard to believe I'm doing the crazy **** on my screen. Then there's the fact that even if I complete arcade mode on the easiest of all settings I still unlock tons of ****. I'm just like 'wat'.

My favourite character so far is Spider-Man, if I actually like this game. Haven't played it online or against friends yet.

Play it against someone who knows what they are doing, you'll quickly understand that there is a very big difference between someone who is just pushing buttons vs someone who has a thought out attack plan.

At the character select screen press X instead of A (360). Y is the Iron Spider and RB is the Secret Wars outfit(at least that's what I think it is)
