That's the first time I read the script review from last year. That plot/script sounds pretty bad to me. I hope they really re-worked that thing. Far too literal in Norse mythology and far too dreary. It also seems like there's nothing to make it stand above similar genre films. Still, I know it's quite silly to judge anything at this point.

Yeah, just like on X3. The disturbing opening scene with young Angel was one of his ideas i believe.
