Mark Protosevich's Thor script is reviewed...

I would prefer the best of both worlds. That's why I was hoping for a script that felt more like the first issues- adventures in Asgard, but with Midgard being the battleground for them. I wouldn't like either an all-Asgard or all-Midgard story. It relies too much on a sequel.

I'm sure they will work there way to Earth. This is the only the first film. It is an origin film. This might be the only Marvel Move to be taken seriously and actually get nominated for awards.

This is going to be a serious movie, and adult superhero movie. And I love it.

Knowles wants Ernest Borgnine for Odin? I forgot he was still alive. He's 90 now according to IMDb. Is he even acting still?

As for the movie I'm glad it'll be an all Asgard affair. Donald Blake, Jane Foster and the Midgard scenario can still be saved for a potential sequel. I'm sure Vaughan will do a good job with this movie.

A sequel isn't promised.
Like somebody mentioned, I can't see the appeal of this to a large amount of people, really.

That's basically it in a nutshell, on both parts. While this would be an excellent art film, just because it's Thor doesn't mean people will flock if it's too convoluted. I have the feeling it's just the script, but if it's the dialogue that could prove to be an issue.
