I tried the numbers corresponding to those letters. No dice for me. But it's hard to get the exact number on that dial. Besides, what about numbers above 10? You'd think they'd use those.

Joker says "Find a way into the evidence vault." What if it's not a combintion at all? Maybe we really do need to "torch" it.

It's probably a combination, though.
