well, ideally, i'd like you to employ that da vinci code crap you used to solve hahahatimes and mausoleum and get us something worthwhile from all this extremely tedious viral marketing business.

chris got us the personality profile, the vault however was a combo of a couple of us on here realizing the importance of the time. (myself included)

also today, several people who left their phone number on the tips website received a phone call about two cops and to look for document lc6551.

on the cap telephone number, we received the second hidden message about meeting at bettys house of pies on saturday.

thats pretty much the new mess.

So what do we have new today? We have:

Betty's Pie Shop.
This gives us a new phone number and a new email. Email is seemingly useless.

GPDIAD.
This is internal affairs for Gotham Police. A big theme so far is police corruption - these are the people meant to be officially dealing with it. They are probably corrupt, though we don't know for sure.
Gives us a new "character", Glenn Barhyte. I don't feel this character is important. I might be wrong.
Gives us a new phone number and email?

Phone call, alluding to document LC6551
6551 is a four digit code similar in structure to the police badges AND the pin codes we have seen before, meaning it's likely to be a police badge and / or a pin code.

Have we tried this code on all the phone numbers?

Gives us Marriage cert signed by Sal Maroni.
The groom's initials are LC - like the document, LC6551.
Also gives us a cert. of baptism for the bride.

the chris guy solved the whole 'blood spatter on specific letters of jokers post' debacle, which is why i said he solved the mausoleum thing (admittedly erroneously). i didn't feel the need to justify what i said.

Hey yeah actually I tried that a couple of nights ago, but I've only got an e-mail auto response, and the other real responses I've gotten are for Breitrup and McCree. Do you think we should report Breitrup and Mcree again with new info, isn't that what the new e-mail said? To use wearetheanswer as a continuous resource? Maybe it wouldn't help to report the same guys twice.

Actually LC could be the initials and 6551 the last four of...lets say a Social Security number.

Not sure if anyone said this yet, but now when you get a message back from the wearetheanswer.org tipline, they copy the internal affairs cop - Glenn Barhyte.

I emailed him seperately and didn't get an answer back yet, meaning no autoresponse. I would imagine he will contact us later.

I think it's a big coincidence that we're told to find document LC6551 and then at the exact same time presented with a new character with the initials LC. It could be a deliberate red herring, but it's more likely (in my opinion) to be on purpose.

And you could well be right - 6551 is the correct, established style for a police badge, so the new character, Lawrence, could well be a cop.

oh, i didnt report it yet. i was wondering the same thing, because i never got the whole message. the only reason i suspect we report it is because we got tht new email today that said to post another tip if we get a new info, and from what i hear somewhere theres info about a meeting at bettie's tomrrow. hope that helps, and if anyone does know the info about the meeting please share.
