Hell, the fact that everyone couldn't tell it was Farrell when the trailer dropped, yet you can easily tell that it was Frasier should have been a cleared check.

I am confused... if the rights to live action Batman on TV are entangled, wouldn't a show about The Penguin (one of Batman's premier rogues gallery members) also be impossible? So they could do anything as long as Bruce Wayne doesn't actually put on a Batsuit? I don't get it.
