Yeah, it looks like a lower budget attempt at emulating the film. It’s not the most gorgeous thing I’ve ever seen but it looks Fine. I suspect the colour grading is unfinished though.

Almost certainly, considering what a surprise it was to even get footage at this stage of the game.

Also for the love of god if the scene is in daytime then the scene is in daytime. The way they turned the brightness way down to try to make it look dark makes this looks pretty cheap I feel. Reaaally hoping they improve the color grading on this.

Maybe its supposed to be dawn, as the sun is coming up.

Mh, I don't think so, Carmine Falcone would have hanged Oz for saying something like that.
He probably throws that threat at Sofia who's the natural but contested heir to her father's criminal empire, hence the emphasis on the name. Also, since we're still in the early stages of production and apparently a number of scenes with her have already been shot, that would be my guess...

It gives off all the same warning signals as "The Batman" did I think. So Maybe it just feels that way. Possibly I should have written "feels like a pretentious version of Gotham" instead . But like I said, I hope its decent, cause I liked Farrel in the role, its just the problem that its related to "The Batman" and that version of characters. Its just hard to watch and ignore that its related to that film.
