MCU Fight: Aldrich Killian vs Drax The Destroyer

I am surprised Killian is winning. Would this also imply Iron Man is also capable of beating Drax?

Nothing is really implied, because this fight is not one persons opinion but many peoples opinions to make it more accurate, and as close to being factual as you can get. In addition your vote gets to have an equal hand in the decision making process as everyone else does. As for Iron Man beating Drax that has yet to be determined, but it may be one of the battles coming up soon.

Iron Man ripped apart Ultron robot minions and lifted cars.

To be fair, she snuck up on The Avengers while Quicksilver and Ultron's robots destracted them, it was part of their plan. She has to physically touch you to mess with your mind and I doubt characters with long range powers like Iron Man or Thor would let her do that.

I feel it was more of a plot device thing so that Hulk and Iron Man could have their one on one.

This. She was more impressive in Civil War. Tossing cars and tossing around Cap Level characters like ragdolls with her TK.

But she is a glass cannon. I don't think she has a shot against any of our hypothetical powerhouses, unless she just throws cars at them, which won't do a thing

This is a really interesting point. I guess I'd assume Groot can harden himself to a pretty tempered point, but still... solid evidence to bring to the table!

I'm going to give it to Drax honestly. Partly I think the mental battle actually goes to Drax in a fight. He's the type to have a lot of fun fighting some crazy monster while I'm not sure Killian would be as much into a fight against an alien that he has no personal vendetta against.

In terms of battle sense I think Drax is more willing to do the unpredictable and commit to it.

Killian does have some pretty dangerous abilities though and there would be a difficult in putting him down for good. Though I think ripping his head off would probably do the job.

I'd put them in the top tier and think it would make for an interesting conflict.

Also, keep in mind, those suits in IM3 were junk. Shattered by a truck lol. His first suit got hit by a van with scratches in IM1. I do think "regular" Iron man beats Killian

Iron Man was nerfed in Iron Man 3, he was nerfed in Civil War as well.

The Avengers movies and the first two Iron Man films portrayed Iron Man as far more powerful.

I’ll be honest as a fan from the comics of Drax, I think he has been under used action wise. However, I think he takes this fight.

Killian’s speed is what helped him fight IM, a fight which he was losing to one of many armours that were built during Starks paranoid and not on his game faze.

Killian has his heat, but Drax survived planet re-entry and laughed it off. I don’t think that would have an efffect. Plus Drax also laughed off being dragged through a forest by a space ship and laughed that off also.

I just don’t see Killian hurting Drax so Drax takes this.

Yeah i don't know how Killian would do against a true high quality Iron Man armor. Especially the two in the first Avengers film where 1 took on Thor and the other took some serious punishment. Then i wonder if its Killian's specific power that allows him to do well against an Iron Man. I don't see it helping him against a Thor or Hulk. If Pepper can beat him i can see Drax snapping his neck if he gets too close.

• Strength - Drax ripped some of mechanical enhancements straight out of Korath's head when he was fighting him. Even though he gets the jump on her Gamora looks unable to break his grip on her neck.
• Fighting Skill - This surely has to be Drax all day, working with the Guardians he has had far more actual combat experience than Killian.
• Speed/Agility - When Drax leaps in the mouth of the tentacle monster and the start of GOTG2 he runs and leaps a massive distance. You would need insane agility to pull of something like that.
