MCU Fight: Valkyrie vs Aldrich Killian

We will be doing VS. battles for the MCU every week and will be using the Winners and Losers to create an accurate power tier list created by some of it's biggest fans (you). So don't forget to VOTE and after voting for a Winner please include a comment on which power tier, both the Winner and Loser should reside within. So, without further delay here is this week's match up.


Valkyrie Vs Aldrich Killian

Valkyrie

Superhuman Strength: Like all Asgardians, Brunnhilde possesses superhuman strength. As the leader of the Valkyries, her strength surpasses all the other Warrior Maidens, superior to Loki but below that of Thor and Hulk, although the latter of whom she was able to knock down in a brief sparing match. She was able to easily overpower a large space ship turret with her bare hands, slice space ships apart with her sword, and throw a humanoid alien hundreds of feet with one hand.

Superhuman Agility: Valkyrie naturally possesses greater agility, dexterity, balance, and body coordination than that of a normal human being, allowing her to easily jump and fall on her feet.

Superhuman Speed: Valkyrie can move at high speeds, allowing her to dodge a powerful attack from Hulk, to deflect a wave of projectiles hurled at her by Hela in rapid succession, and to momentarily incapacitate Hela with a sudden jump on the latter.

Superhuman Stamina: Like all Asgardians, Valkyrie's musculature produces considerably less fatigue toxins during physical activity than that of humans, which allowed her to fight many Berserkers, and even the more powerful Hela herself, without tiring at all.

Superhuman Durability: Valkyrie's body is much more resistant to physical harm than that of a human. hence, she was able to withstand Hela's mighty attacks, falls from great heights, extreme pressures and temperatures and powerful explosions.

Longevity: Like all Asgardians, Valkyrie ages at a rate that is much slower than that of a human being, allowing her to remain physically young for thousands of years.


Aldrich Killian

- Heat Manipulation: Has the ability to superheat his skin allowing him to burn through a metal floor, slice through Iron Man's IM3 armors, and even actually breathe a stream of fire.

- Superhuman Strength: Strong enough to grapple and collide punches with Iron Man's IM3 suits.

- Regeneration: Able to regenerate missing limbs, broken bones, and damage from 100 foot falls.

- Superhuman Durability: Tough enough to withstand repulsor powered punches, slaps, and knees from Iron Man IM3 suits and survive large falls.

- Enhanced Reflexes: Capable of dodging Iron Man's repulsor blasts from close range and counter or parry many of Iron Man's melee attacks.

This is really what it comes down to. Extremis's damage output is pretty considerable (yeah guess what everyone, the IM3 suits weren't bad, they just met their perfect counter) so Valkyrie, despite her Asgardian durability should probably still avoid getting hit.

And she would, possibly despite being drunk she would still run circles around Killian and easily chop him up with her special sword.

I think people are under estimating Killian. IM was able to put Loki down a few times in TA, and Killian was ripping those armours apart for fun.

However, Valkyrie also made light work of Loki, so I think she just wins this.

I never said she took Blade hits from Hela, if that happened Valkyrie would have been killed like the warriors 3. What I said is she survived fighting with Hela, even if just for a few moments. This is an impressive feat considering how quickly Hela dispatched the Warriors 3 and pretty much the entire Asgardian Army. So, I believe if she can evade Hela for a few seconds, she can evade Killian for a few seconds, enough to close the gap and cut off his head.

Valkyrie's Asgardian special forces and outclassed Loki when he had twin daggers and she was unarmed. She has the skill/speed/strength to overload Killian's healing factor without even taking a hit (although she could probably tank a few burns if she has to) and I'm assuming a blade called dragonfang can cut through a guy with fire powers.

Plus she could always throw one of those power disrupting obedience disks at him.

Iron Man didn't really hurt Loki though, he just knocked him off balance with repulsor blasts.

It just seemed like he was quicker on the draw than actually being more powerful, they never had an actual fight.

I think the reason they never had a fight was because IM would win and it would downplay the threat of Loki. Admittedly that’s guesswork on my end, but there had to be a reason IM was the only one not to have a fight with Loki out of the main Avengers.

Loki did cry out in pain in at least one of the Repulsor blasts also.

Well Loki, is not even Asgardian, at least by blood, and fighting is not his strongest suit, where as scheming, planning, manipulation and trickery most definitely are his strengths.

Loki's play against Iron Man would be to deceive him. He could create an illusion of himself being killed by one of Iron Man's blasts, and then spend as much time as he needs hatching a plan on how to destroy Iron Man.

Agreed but I think Killian wins. Seriously being under played here.

We casn't base Valkyrie's performance here on Starks in IM3. Stark has much less experience than Valkyrie. Valkyrie takes this with minimal difficulty tbh. As I'm sure Killian will be trying keep her sword distanced. She will without a doubt go for his head once she see's he can regenerate.

Killian will definately get some scratches and keep her at bay for a moment as I doubt there's a reason Killians fire is something even a Asguardian could shrug off. But eventually he'll slip up. Her superior skill will show and she's gonna cut his top clean off and destroy it.


Or if you wanna be funny she can just put an obedience disk on him.
