Who you got peeps?

I avoided watching the crappy MCU related shows altogether and I'm still going to vote STORMBREAKER THOR cause I really loather the idea of a robot thinking like a human and falling in love.

Thor - remember how Vision got temporarily paralyzed by Hawkeyes taser arrows- yeah well Amp that up ( literally) by about a million and that's Thor 4 ya ! I expect to see White Vision's eyeballs explode and his mechanical intestines erupting from his ass after a lightning strike from Thor.

Now that's the kind of logic we so richly deserve on this thread.:cwink:

BTW, if you didn't watch any of them, how do you know they're crappy? :gibbs:

Yeah, I love Vision and his powerset has some major pluspoints, but White Vision is the *depowered* version of him. Against the most powerful version of Thor? The guy that spouts lightning left and right and tanked the power of an entire star? That's just a walk for Thor. This isn't even a contest.

Ronan the Accuser

vs Spiderman

Who you got peeps?

Probably Ronan, assuming he can get ahold of Spidey. Spidey is tough, but in straight up hand to hand if Ronan can TKO Drax, then he can probably do the same to Peter.

It doesn't seem as though Spidey could overpower him or KO him, and Ronan probably could break out of webbing, eventually.

I'll say 6/10 to Ronan, with Spidey using a combination of smarts and strength to beat him 4/10 times.

Ronan vs Spider-man:

Ronan should take this. It might take a while, but he is at least as bricky as Drax, I can't really see Spider-man hurting him much or at all. He also has ranged attack options that would probably at least be difficult to avoid ( the Universal Weapon blasts looked to be both fast and wide ). The only way I could see Spider-man winning is if he can take away the Universal Weapon *and* use it, and that is rather iffy.

Insert whole boilerplate about the vague abilities of the Iron Spider armor, blah blah.

It will be hard without Thor knowing the location of the heart/brain/core and evading traps to blast it. Peter Quill at least had the power of imagination with him to occupy him while his team were busy with other matters.

I think I'll go with EGO as the safe choice on this one.

Thor vs Ego:

Thor is powerful after two powerups, but I think Ego takes this. He has more than enough power to destroy the Ego core, but he has to get to it first, and I don't think he could manage that on his own. The Guardians themselves needed several distractions including Peter literally ganking Ego's own power to fight back against him, and Thor isn't being spotted a convenient space fleet or a kid brother whose a baby Celestial. No, I don't think he could Bifrost to the core; to date Bifrost transport seems at least vaguely limited by line of sight.

I'll say Thor because I'm obstinate and the good guy always wins. Plus him and Dr Strange were my 2 favorite CB characters.

Vision vs Carnage:

Vision, easily. Carnage has no way to even hurt Vision, and frankly doesn't even belong in the same arena. However, since Carnage sucks, watching him get effortlessly trashed by Vision is fun, and so I approve.
