I don't think it's the same. Venom was made by Sony and doesn't even reference Spider-Man, never mind the MCU. Morbius isn't out yet.
Meanwhile the pre-Disney Plus shows were actually made by Disney/Marvel and were marketed as part of the MCU:
- Agents of SHIELD stars Phil Coulson, has plotlines that tie in to Winter Soldier and Age of Ultron, is full of references to the wider MCU and has had cameos from Nick Fury, Maria Hill etc.
- Agent Carter stars Peggy Carter and Howard Stark, is full of references to Cap:TFA and Edwin Jarvis from the show made a cameo in Endgame.
- Daredevil and the other Netflix shows include references to the Avengers, Battle of New York, the Sokovia Accords and the Raft.
And as far as I know, nobody at Marvel's said they're non canon and all Feige's said is that he'd like to use the Netflix characters again in the future.
