well i'm supposed to be at work at 7am, but my area has a coastal flood warning.
there are already parts of our neighborhood that are flooded. down the road by a swampish area, the water goes completely across the road and up to one person's garage door. they had sandbags across the front trying to keep the water out

well i'm on my desktop and my laptop is updating. on update 12 of 23, but it feels like it's been on 12 for like an hour

so i'm just going to leave it on and go to bed. it's pouring outside and if it's bad in the morning, i am not going to work

i don't really. i have time saved on the books that i will have to use if i choose to do that, unless the Base is shut down.
we are only closed 3 days a year (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years) so unless the base closes, we never close

Is the Naval Yard in DC going to be open on Monday? I have a hearing there that day and it would suck if it has to get rescheduled. I know they would make it at least 6 months out if not more
