Mee's Adventures in Disney World

So, in closing, Disney World sucks. I don't plan to ever go back.

But I did....:csad:

By the way, I can't believe how bitter I seem in the first post of this thread, it's not THAT bad. Maybe I wasn't being completely serious. Big stretch for me I know. Anyway...

Mee's Adventures in Disney World Part II:

This time I was down there for the 3v3 soccer world championships at the Wide World of Sports. My team came in 4th, and we beat the eventual winner. :cmad: But after the tourney we wne to Disney World for a day. No possibly fake bitter rant this time, it's still the same old stuff. The waits are too long for the rides being so short (that's what she said) and blah blah blah.

One of the highlights was on the backlot tour at MGM one of our tour guides was like a mix between-

Body of Dynomite, voice of Govenator. Haha. Just, use your imagination.

Also, I thought the midevil giant turkey legs had been retired, but after many long hours I finally saw one lone hero among the sea of failures, trying to fit his jaw around this most epic of foods.

And I'm pretty sure I saw Bon Jovi. If anyone knows what his wife looks like, and if he has a daughter, let me know. I should've punched him in the face. :cmad:

So in closing this time, I probably will get suckered into going back one day. Trilogy!

Was there a guy or girl walking with them in vest outfit like their own personal guide? Then probably.

I saw Kathy Ireland the last time I was there being escorted through the back doors.

No. It was the Bon Jovi looking guy, (he had dark sunglasses on, trying to pull a Superman :cmad: ) his platinum blond haired wife, a little girl with a t-shirt that said "Rock!" and some punk rock looking dude.

p.s.

Who the heck is Kathy Ireland?:csad:

If it was really him, they get special treatment with their own Disney Guide so no line waits for them so, no, probably not.

Maybe they didn't want special treatment. :o

Plus they hadn't even gone through the ticket check yet.

His wife?

Hmm. Are there any wrinkle-faced round belly swimsuit models? :o

Actually her body was pretty nice for someone who spit out a few kids.

:o

I need pictures to compare with the ones in my brain.

We're going to Disney World in September. It really sounds like you just didn't do your homework. It can be a blast if you know how to do things right (like the fastpass mentioned earlier). Buy a book next time and read it! :) I can't wait, my daughters are going to love it.

I've been wanting to go to Disney World for YEARS, but I have this insane fear of airplanes, and no one wants to drive up there. :csad:

Damn, that's too bad. Maybe your family can knock you out like B.A. Baracus?

I used fastpass, and I can't read. :o

Rufinol makes EVERY family outing that much more memorable (for you, but not for them).

Think Mee is suffering from he shouldn't be on a family vacation without a friend or a chick stage.

"Hello family, this is my friend from the internet. He really likes Mickey Mouse."

Good, if Erz goes we are guaranteed tons and tons of pictures.

a little kid (4-5) reached out at me and said "I hate you people!:cmad: "

Happiest place on Earth.
When he's older I hope he understands that he should be hating his parents for being so poor/cheap.

Going to an amusement park is not a time for trying to save money.
If you haven't saved up 20 to 30 thousand dollars, don't go.
