Revenge of the Fallen Megatron's Earth Form

I'm one for not giving him a earth form. That being said, if he were to have oneI dont think anything american would do. I woould go with the SU 37 Russian Fighter. It's got a look similar to his alien form and is on par with the F 22.

megs should only have a weapon and it should be a larger scale version of an earth weapon used to harm the transformers.

he should also be wielded by somone else, maybe starscream or another decepticon.

I think Megatron losing the cannon is a bad idea.
All the transformers chosing whatever form they want is a bad idea also.

How do the vehicle-TFs create the wheels from their metal? And the colors?
It's strange.

I would have made them as spherical cores during the arrival. Like in page 3 of the second issue of TF generation 1 vol 1.
And then, all the spheres would have chosen a vehicle on their own, fusing with them and changing the mechanics/electronics.
At this point Megatron would be obligated to choose an earthian form and I would give him these:

..if Megs does get an Earth mode, i don't want him to be much bigger than Prime. They're supposed to be about the same size. SS is huge compared to Prime. I've always liked the fact that SS in the cartoon was about the same height of about Ironhide in their bot forms, so they can go toe to toe in a brawl.

^That would be ideal to me, but i don't know how he would want to go from an airborne alt mode, to one that's land based. It just seems like a tactical downgrade. I guess they could explain it by saying, since he suffered damaged via the Allspark in TF1 his previous powers of flight are now hindered.

That or go become a triple changer much like Blitzwing and have a Jet/Tank alternate form.

^In the cartoon. That wasn't established in the movie. I don't remember seeing ANY of the TF's flying in robot form in the movie.

Well Starscream was in robot mode when taking out those Jets above the city but he's a jet himself so that may not count.

I dont think it necesarry for him to get an earth form, it will be nice, but not important. If he does choose a jet, of course we know his pride wont let him turn into something less advance then starscream so...

the f-35 lightning 2 which wont go into service until 2011 will be the only obvious choice.

of course I was thinking tank like some of the others as well.

I dont think hed chose an earth form, hes megatron hes big, powerful, and extremely arrogant he despises earth hed never emulate the technology, besides i think its better for him to be an alien jet

Megatron had this semi-transformed mode allowing him to fly in robot mode. Seen before he tosses Jazz and steps on him, then tears him into two.

I think they did an ok job explaining it in the first movie, being "Autonomous robotic life forms" or whatever and Ratchet simplifying it to 'Autobots'. Translations are always funny, but one can assume "Decepticon" had a similar backstory.

Bumblebee was a weird name though. Why would a giant alien robot be name after an obscure organic Earth creature?

Maybe bumblebee had a different name on Cybertron? Bumblebee might be the name he gave to himself on earth to try to feel more comfortable fitting in. Before, Optimus and the other autobots landed on earth Bumblebee probably sent out a signal to all the autobots about his name change and the reason he decided to change it.

i agree with umbrax,he has no intrest in an earthly disquise even if he was defeated the first time hes not going to give in (im judgeing this by the characters personality)it would portray him as weak otherwise....so i dont think that'll be good.

He could become a gun/cannon whatever but whats stopping him from being able to fire himself why does he need ''starscream'' to fire him.
