And she'd start singing "I'm a Little Tea Pot" while you did.

I don't think she has the verbal capacity to carry that song.

I believe that some ailments are genetic but also that mental distortions are the result when an intelligent person is confronted with his own mortality, insignificance and the deplorable state of our planet, a state the person is powerless to change in any major way.

You are correct. Some MI is clearly hereditary. When you see a case file of someone who's schizophrenic symptoms began when they were in preschool, it's a no brainer. However, it's also clear that some MI is a result of traumatic events and/or self medication. Sometimes people have perfectly normal lives for decades then one truly traumatic incident causes a psychotic break.

Very true. My panic problems only happened after I got kidney failure. I also knew someone who was perfectly normal till something really bad happened to him, and then he had to be commited. It was very sad.

I'm thinking long term viewing of flashing avatars could induce mental disorders.

I'm thinking long-term gazing at avatars featuring gymnastic cartoon chicks with perfect asses parted in provocative ways could induce girl-friend dump.

No. Admitting it is half the battle.

Most people who have mental disorders are usually pretty aware something's off kilter, but they usually blame others.

We have this net guardian software here at work. It does all kinds of weird stuff. Not closing a quote ( which I did ) is the least of it's annoying habits.

Oh, don't even talk to me about work computers!

Someone makes a thread entitled "You GOTTA hear this song. Funniest.Thing.EVAR!"

And, I guess my overlords didn't think we deserved SPEAKERS!:cmad:

LOL!!! I've gotten sites like ESPN and EBAY blocked for "questionable content". I've also posted something, then had to edit a dozen words that were changed to something totally different by my bizarro spellchecker.

Your masters are more puritanical than mine. I'm sorry.:(

I've actually seen **** on my screen. They just don't want me to rock out at all.

The only problem I have is when someone calls me by my name. I always hear a voice in my head scream, "Stop calling us that! We are Venom now!"

I think it has something to do with this funny black jumpsuit I bought.
