Why are you confused?
It looks weird, from the "reality/physics" standpoint, there's no way he's gonna land like anywhere on the building.

Why are you confused?
Obviously dont know what Cavills role is but assuming hes not a villain, would love to see him, Hall, and Pegg as the new field team while Cruise is the IMF director.
Cavill's way too "nice" for Bond, unless they want to go all Roger Moore again. Has the look, has the confident/suave thing down - which totally worked fine for The Man From U.N.C.L.E., but Bond has that vicious borderline-psycho element to him too, which'd be pretty laughable coming from Henry. Guy oozes "boyscout"ness.
Fallout's a pretty cool title for an MI flick, like the single word element. Does give the sense it's going to be another nuclear story, but whatever, that fits MI to a tee anyway.
Footage of his foot breaking. He completed the shot and that take is in the film.

Well how many Bonds have actually been "borderline psycho"? Only really Timothy Dalton and Daniel Craig.
Connery was tougher and had a cruel streak, but he was hardly borderline psycho.
Lazenby certainly wasn't.
And then you have Roger Moore and Pierce Brosnan. Let's not forget Brosnan. Are you in any way suggesting he had that "borderline psycho" element to him? That would be pretty laughable in itself to suggest that. He also was confident and suave but seemed rather wimpy and too much of a pretty boy.
It was often a stretch believing he was beating up all these other people. It's almost as if he had to make a conscious effort to appear a little tougher, otherwise he could easily drift into Remington Steele dandyish territory.

Do we know he's the villain in this yet though?
Oh, man. That was painful to watch. That stunt is a legend too. I cant believe they actually did it that way. Cruise is a craaaaazy.
Yep.
Henry is playing the villain August Walker.
From the sound of things Cruise and his team spend much of the movie chasing after Cavill's villain.
Cruise also said the movie title fallout fits in thematically with the movie which sees much of the previous actions coming back to haunt Cruise and his team.
We know very little at this point.Do we know he's the villain in this yet though?

Sounds cool. Still disappointed Renner couldnt come back. This sounds like itll be a trilogy closer and he was pretty important to both the last movies so Im gonna miss seeing him in there.
I have to say that Cruise looks like he's storing cotton wool in his mouth now. I don't know why he looks like this, because not everyone whose faces put on weight look like this. He could call himself "Cottonmouth Cruise" now.

I hope they dont try to pull a Spectre or Fate of the Furious where Cavill is the real mastermind behind everything from the previous movies.
How do you know that?

Angela: (muttering to herself) Stupid trench coat is blocking my view of those glutes...
Set photos and based on info they mentioned on Graham Norton's show.
-set photos of Solomon Lane being transported from prison outside
-Tom and Co stating Henry plays the antagonist but Solomon Lane is the villain
-Tom mentioning they spend a majority of the time chasing Henry's character in the movie
-When asked what they did previously that day (shooting before the show), Simon Pegg mentioned some details and finished with "getting kicked in the face by Henry". Might have been a joke but I think that was actually the scene he shot.
-A photo shown on the show which had chase between Cruise in a helicopter and Cavill in another one
-They mentioned a scene in a car with Henry, Ving, Simon and actor that plays Solomon Lane. This is an assumption but very likely this is where things take a turn and both bad guys escape
-big chase mentioned around Paris
There were a few other bits but I can't remember all of them. They had the above shot on the show, a shot of Rebecca in motorcycle looking gear standing in middle of a street, a shot of Simon & Ving on a speedboat (looked like Paris) and the other photo of the two helicopters chasing after each other. The rest of the photos we've seen already.
This could easily be photoshopped into the "distracted boyfriend meme"![]()
