Maxwell lord is an intriguing one. He's such a chilling villain and fits in with that evil startup kind of guy look. Get Jon Hamm to play him.

Ah tough really I want to see Circe (Rachel Weisz) as the big bad with Cheetah as the amazon turned bad played by Charlize Theron

You don't think Maxwell Lord being so closely associated with Supergirl last year would diminish his appeal in a Wonder Woman movie?

Enough with Charlize Theron playing every comic book fancast role. There are many other, better actresses who could play the role. I get she's talented and she has worked with Patty Jenkins before but it gets tiring hearing only her name for any female comic role.

Hades is not usually a villain in the comics.
Oh. I am not too familiar with Wonder Woman - I'm actually trying to get more familiar though, I have made a list of stories for myself to go through.

I think the concept of Hades would be really cool to see though.

I wouldn't mind seeing Hades in a WW movie, but not as a villain. Granted, he kidnapped his wife in Greek mythology, but otherwise he has no vindictive motive against mankind. He's stern, but fair.

Anywho...

Wonder Woman 2: The Cheetah
Wonder Woman 3: Circe

With the second film, go for a smaller and more personal threat in the Cheetah. With the third film, have Circe lead a group of Amazonian heretics seeking to overthrow Hippolyta - thus leading to an Amazonian civil war. End the film with Hippolyta's death and Diana taking her place as Queen. There's your Wonder Woman trilogy.

No. If you ask the general audience about him they'd probably be "who?"

Then give your suggestions?

I feel like Max Lord needs buildup. He needs to be well established as a good guy before he turns bad. But I'm all for seeing him (And his death at the hands of Diana) in the DCEU. Especially if it means getting more JLI characters (Looking at you, Beetle and Booster)

Supergirl's Max Lord was a Lex stand-in.

I think that there are designs for Cheetah that can work in live action just fine.

I think people confuse Hades with Satan because they are both in charge of the underworld and it's where evil people go when they die. Plus there have been movies and TV shows that reinforce this idea by depicting Hades as evil.
"Clash of the Titans" and "Once Upon a Time" are recent examples. Interestingly on Xena: Warrior Princess, Hades was more ambiguous. He wasn't necessarily a good guy, but he did help Xena and act as an ally from time to time.
If they do use Hades in a Wonder Woman movie that is perhaps how he should be depicted. He has his own agenda that sometimes coincides with Wonder Woman's goal. Just to sort of buck the trend.

Not sure what look I would have for Circe in this universe.

I voted for Circe, but I think having Giganta as something of a second tier villain would be interesting, just from a cinematic standpoint. Just like the idea of Wonder Woman fighting off a giant.

I was hoping for a round robin kind of deal. Circe as the primary antagonist for the sequel with Cheetah being a secondary threat, then in the third film Cheetah takes center stage as the baddie with Giganta as a hench type secondary villain.

I wouldn't repeat a villain from the 2nd film and use her as a main threat in the 3rd. Cheetah leads the second and then Circe as the big bad with Giganta in the third film.

Fill me in on this Cheetah character. Why is that her most well-known foe?

Cheetah was one of the first WW villains, there's been a few people to don the Cheetah name, the first couple didn't have powers and wore a costume. Barbara Ann Minerva ended up becoming the most prominent version of the character in the late 80's, her Cheetah ended up as a animal/human hybrid. She posses strength on par with Diana and is super fast. She's essentially been positioned as Diana's arch nemesis in line with Joker and Lex Luthor.

I don't know that you can really answer "why?" She's a prominent character, or rather, characters.

But when people talk about the Cheetah, they generally mean the third Cheetah (the first post-Crisis Cheetah), Barbara Minerva. Minerva herself has had a couple of different interpretations in the last thirty years, but as told by George Perez she was basically an evil Lara Croft who, in the course of tomb raiding, became the bride of a minor African plant-god, which gave her the ability to transform into a superpowerful cheetah-woman.

The most recent continuity revisions have tried to make Minerva a former friend of Diana's who turned evil, a notion I'm kind of indifferent to and which probably wouldn't work for a single film, so I expect that if they do Cheetah it'll be closer to the Perez version.

Think of Cheetah as the Joker/Luthor of WW and Circe as the Brainiac/Ra's Al Ghul.
The design just always threw me off. Made it seem like she's this lower tier baddie WW just so happened to often run into. That Amazonian tribal parallel seems plausible enough.

Also, had in my head, she constantly faced other gods, which would set her apart even further from the fantasy-based superheroes we've had thus far.

Actually pretty much everyone goes to the Underworld when they die in Greek mythology. It what happens when they get there that's important as they are sorted out. The righteous souls go to one part, the evil ones to another, and the neutral ones to yet another part. And while Hades is no saint, he is one of the less *****ey gods in Greek mythology. The crap that he pulls is nothing compared to many of the other gods.

But you are correct in the idea that many writers just equate "Underworld=H*ll and Hades=Satan." Even though that's NOT the case.

Not really. Not to be rude but I'm not sure if many people would make the connection from the tv show and if the flash can have a show and movie I don't see how it would be a problem

As Maxwell Lord who actually would be perfect besides Jon Hamm I was thinking Matt Damon for Maxwell Lord
