This whole situation was blown WAY out of proportion. You weren't abused and didn't need to involve authorities. You could have forced him out of your room without inflicting violence and still avoided involvement with cops.

For two reasons:

1. He outweighs me by about 70 lbs, so though he's not very strong, he's still a lot of mass to move.

2. The way I have my room arranged, there really isn't any room to do that anyway.
