my storyline and cast for "THE FLASH"

meet Wally West he works for the Keystone City crime lab. he is known around the lab for being a wise cracking, smart ass, who hits on anything that moves. one day while at a crimescene he meets a young sexy reporter Linda PArk, they hit it off and they start to go out. however one day when Wally is screwing aroun the lab he gets coverd in lightning-charged chemicals which makes him run at super sonic speeds. with this power he first messes with people and jokes around until he saves a young girl and then he realizes he can do more. on the other side of the city we dive more into Linda Park's career. she is part of a news team and the meteorologist Mark Mardon tries to start something with her and because of Linda he gets fired from he job. so he decides to get revenge on Keystone City. one day Marks brother who was an inventor dies of a heart attack and Mark discovers one of his inventions that can control the weather.Mark then embarks on a criminal career as The Weather Wizard,at first he uses his powers for small scale. (such as zapping someone with lightning) and sometimes a larger scale like creating a Katrina type hurrane that will destroy Keystone city he thinks he is unbeatable until THE FLASH saves the day. this film would be action packed with plenty of humor and the ending would have Wally travling across the ocean trying to stop the hurracane. tell me what you think.

Linda Park- Linda Park from Enterprise or Grace Park from Battlestar Galactica

Not to shabby... in fact, pretty cool. I would like to see a little more happen, and perhaps stay a bit truer to the comics, but not a shabby movie by any means.

Well, in the comics, Barry took Wally to the lab to show him what happened, and then it happened again, interestingly enough (that crazy speed force!). This movie idea seems to act as though Barry never existed, is that correct?

i was also toying with the idea of having Barry Allen be in it too. maybe played by Denis Quaid. and we find out at the end that he would have the same power too.
