Names for Justice League Solo Films

Ok, here a better list from me:

Superman - Man of Steel, The Last Son

Green Lantern - Green Lantern's Light, The Sinestro War

Wonder Woman - Wonder Woman, Gods and Mortals

Flash - The Flash, Flashpoint

Aquaman - King of the Seas, Battle for Atlantis

Last Son is again better without the "THE".

Green lantern's Light sounds weird. "Sinestro Wars" sounds better.

Can't complain with the others- they are good.

They can't call it The Black Mask, there is a major Batman villain named Black Mask.

Other choices you mentioned are interesting, though.

Looks to me like he is suggesting King of the Seas by itself. Not Aquaman - King of the Seas

Ah yeah, I would lead with Aquaman in a first solo movie. King of the Seas is too generic.

They would want to make Aquaman a franchise brand name.

Have it be a reference to both Bats and the villain, the Black Mask.

That would just be confusing, though, since Batman has never been referred to as the Black Mask.

It wouldnt be that confusing. Sure, Batman has never been called Black Mask, but he has a black mask. And the audience isn't that stupid to not put that together. Besides if the movie happened to take the name of the villain he was facing, it would work just as well I think.

I can only really see a film outside Superman/Batman not including the heroes name in it would be if the title included it (egFlash[i/]point) or really not wanting to give away the film (eg Aquaman).
