"BUSH DECLARES ON NATURE!"
In a shocking move today, George W. Bush has declared war on Nature, saying that the United States has suffered long enough from the unprecedented attacks of Nature and that this nation will no longer stand for it.
"Well you know, I was talking to Dick and we decided that Nature had handed us some major setbacks recently, but that the Hurricanes and floods that we have endured in recent history are the final Straw," said the President.
"Now as I understand it, these storms start in Africa, so the first thing we are going to do is bomb the area to create a nice flat surface so we can build a wall to prevent the wind from generating the energy it needs to start these storms."
While the media looked on in disbelief, Wolf Blitzer was able to ask one question before the slide show began.
"Uhm, Mr. President, won't the bombing of those countries be an act of war on those countries?"
"Well that a good question Wolf, nice suit by the way, but no. You see since this is a unilateral first strike on Nature, the UN has assured us that the nations in question will participate, as the construction of the wall will provide those countries with some much needed work for the next decade" ...
