My cat looks EXACTLY the same.![]()
My ex boyfriend and I raised two little kittens together. When we adopted them they both had upper respiratory infections. They were brothers, all black. Within two weeks, Orion, the smaller weaker one had passed away. I had never met a friendlier little kitten. He was like a gift from god for the two weeks we had him
I am getting a black kitten in his honor really and naming him "Little Foot". I've already got a stockpile of kitten supplies.

I need to vent. Nothing too horrible, but a situation that I'm currently involved in at the moment.
Here's the situation I'm in:
Just recently I started working at this movie theater for which I've been there for a month now. I work with this girl named Amanda and eventually started talking to her, joking with her, and becoming fond of her with each passing day.
Later on I began having a crush on her and the crush got strong with each day, you know? I found out from my co-workers that she is single which gave me the chance to ask her out. I asked her "How about one night, you and me go to IHOP? I'll pay for everything."
She blushed, smiled, and said "Okay." From then on I thought we would eventually become more than friends with time. Fast forward to when we were going to see a movie(we get free movies since we work there) and out of nowhere she asks "This is just on friendly terms right?" I was shocked at first, but I told her yes that it was on friendly terms even though I was hurt by her question.
I spoke with her that past weekend, explained that I understood she wanted to be friends and I accepted that.
I moved on, cut my hair, cut off my beard, and decided to start clean slate with my life. Ever since I've moved on she's been acting real *****y, defensive, cold, and distant with me. Keep in mind that she wasn't acting this way when I had a crush on her and still was chasing her before, but now that I've moved on she wants to catch an attitude with me for some unknown reasons.
What do you think? Could she be angry at the fact that I'm not chasing her anymore?
Or maybe I caught her in during her time of the month? I don't know, but I know that I didn't do anything to deserve being treated like manure.

Dude you asked her on a date to IHOP?!?! And you're suprised she thought it was a just friends thing? Have you been acting differently towards her since your clean slate? No more romantic dinners at IHOP or watching free movies together? I could understand if she's being b*tchy to you if you completely changed your attitude toward her after the two of you clarified your status.
