Luke Skywalker?

Oops. Spoke too soon.

Very happy about Ravi's return! My favorite actor/character on Midnight Mass.

I'm automatically all-in with anything Flanagan does at this point. Midnight Mass was a near masterpiece.
What do you mean near? :o

Yes the cast is amazing, and I am sure this will be another great show. But me personally, I look most forward to the complaints about the episodes and monologues being way too long. :atp:

Flanagan says this one is gonna be a bit looser and more visceral. Interesting cuz you would think with it being Poe stuff, it would be his moodiest, talkiest one yet.

So keen for this. Honestly, just hook anything Mike Flanagan makes directly into my eyeballs.

I'll be the one complaining they aren't long enough. Give me an episode length monologue by Kate Siegel and I'm in.

Okay, now release info on Midnight Club....
I really hope we don’t have to wait until October for that one, but I feel like we will… :csad:

I feel like Summer could be a good spot for it, but it might clash with Stranger Things.

It's is sad and gross anyone had to go through that. At least the production company has apparently handled this correctly. Which should be the minimum, but in this world, feels like an Olympian level of effort.

this might delay the project, so it won‘t be a Halloween without Flannagan

Awful. WTF, Langella. Glad they did the right thing and ****canned his creeper ass.

Well we’ve still got The Midnight Club on deck. I was hoping we’d get it sooner than that, but…

Someone in the article comments said get Tig Notaro haha

Bummer that I'm hearing about this show for the first time under these circumstances, but after booting Franky boy and clearing the air of that creepy old man smell, I am very excited by to see this show. Mike Flanagan is the man. Midnight Mass was so wonderful I had to paint again.

I'm horrendously embarrassed to only now discover Rahul Kohli was in both Midnight Mass and the Haunting of Bly Manor. He was one of my favourite characters in both shows too. The facial hair and accent changes fooled me completely. Good to see him back.

Yeah I’m happy that Kholi is back and in this project. Loved him in Bly Manor and Midnight Mass. Never watched iZombie so Bly Manor was the first thing I’ve seen him in.

In all seriousness, I am curious to see who they replace Langella with. They’re obviously looking for someone in the 80-ish age range.

Malcolm McDowell? Ian McShane?

I’d say F. Murray Abraham, because he and Langella have a similar vibe IMO, but I know he’s doing The White Lotus, so there might be a conflict there.

Ed Harris is a bit younger but I'm always happy to see him. Maybe Donald Sutherland. Or Ian McKellen would be cool. Hopefully it's not too hard to get someone else on board.

Hnnnnnnngh…
