Yeah the Surfer/Torch chase clip sounds like the money shot for the trailer

Well, maybe that's what SS looks like when he's had the power sucked out of him by Doom. Sort of like a charcoal brickquette after the fire's gone out, it looks like ash. His "fire* has been put out, and he is plain.

Don't worry - it's all part of the process. But it really, really is a beautiful design.

No doubt. I think we'll all come to know and realize in this film that Doom "always wanted power". I cannot wait to see my four flying in that Fantasticar! And I think we'll all be pleased to meet Norrin.

Oh yeah.

Later, an on set special-effects maestro will give a peek at his laptop, displaying a drool-inducing chase between Chris Evans (a.k.a. Johnny Storm, a.k.a. "Chris)" and a fully realized Surfer, who turns glass to liquid as he slides down the side of a sleek building, leads Storm through a crowded Holland Tunnel and eventually gets the better of him once they fly so high that Storm's flames are extinguished. In today's Fantasticar scenes, however, the Surfer needs a ride from his quasi-friends, since a plot by Doom has robbed him of his luster in more ways than one.

I have a feeling this chase is going to be "pedal to the metal" awesome. It'll be at the level of Pod Race scene from Ep. 1. A great way to kickstart the movie. The Surfer and The Human Torch, two of the fastest, coolest-looking superheros, going full-bore, full-speed with no-holds barred action.

I can't wait to see this trailer, never mind the movie!

No problem. Yeah definetly. I'm getting more and more excited when i see stuff like this.I hope the trailer (and the movie) delivers as well.

This movie is gonna rock. Can you imagine seeing the Fantasticar in 3 segments flying around in different directions with the Torch and Surfer and possibly Doom attacking them and each other destroying everything in sight. hell yeah! Too bad they're not battling in Iraq and killing two birds with one stone. LOL

That would be cool if this films ends that way with Doom...setting up for the major battle in part 3.
