Homecoming New Writers for The Amazing Spider-man 3

Alright guys, move on.

I'm honestly hoping Drew Goddard writes TASM3. Especially if Sinister Six ends up being good somehow.

Knight,

Alternate scenes? Different versions then.

Let's see those fake and rumored alternates.

-Gwen's death (:funny:) How would this help the movie in any way? Huh? It would be just more brutal and nothing more. If it ever existed.

- Peter's Dad: The same case, this scene just creates even more plot holes and people would've hated it anyway. Good move Webb.

- Harry and Peter: That scene at Oscorp should've stayed but it wasn't that much necessary to the plot besides showing the Armor and Harry's condition. The rest was just to create tension and their relationship would continue rushed.

-Morgue : Do I have to say something about this? Not needed and pointless.

-Transformation: This scene doesn't add anything to the plot or resolved any sub plots. It's a "beautiful" sequence but it isn't important to show Harry's change to the Green Goblin.

-Killing Menken and Seeing Felicia: These two scenes are the only ones that should've stayed because it somehow wrapped two characters and Harry is developed a little more while showing his madness increasing,at least a "Surprise motha!" Moment wouldn't happen at the Clocktower.

-Flash: Needed but it wasn't that important and significant.

-Extended Fights : Doesn't make the plot anymore better.

-Uncle Ben: Same thing.

Those are on top of my head. ASM2 issues lies on it's foundation and not in those scenes.

-i don't care for peter's dad nor the moruge. i'm here to talk about scenes that would've helped the movie better in terms of plot, story and characters. moving on

-the scenes with peter and harry besides "isn't that the question of the day" would've made their friendship more convincing, developed, and actually showed what made both characters interesting in terms of beliefs, philosophy and intelligence as well as how the 2 characters are different emotionally mostly in harry's case since his father has been eying on peter for years instead of focusing to be a good father to harry and that norman death scene would've been extended as people say telling harry his opinion on peter. norman in the comics doesn't care kuch for harry and just hoped harry would be a much tougher man and you can see what cooper was trying to do with dehaan. heck, there was once a scene about peter and harry as kids which showed how they really bonded as friends based on intellect while cooper was spying on them from afar.

-as for the armor it would've helped the movie explain it better than it being a healing suit that harry should've wore when he's having a disease. it makes sense for a suit to heal you during battle especially how it would help with the tentacles and wings

-uncle ben was an important part in the spiderman mythos. it's insulting for peter to care more for his fokes than the man who raised him all these years. it's what what peter feels and what's inside his head including more insight on him being spiderman and his involvement as peter parker including with how may is going through.

-i know flash didn't add anything but it would likely help with the continuity.

-extended fight scenes would made the fight intense even emotionally like peter beating his childhood friend for killing the woman that he loved.

-you're right about the transformation. i would've had another deleted scene that would've made me enjoy myself like some beautiful momets like uncle ben and aunt may or some other stuff involving the characters in a positive way. but it is painful though.

yeah, well even if the best writter ever is hired there is still one issue, the editors and producers controlling eveything

with sony being bankrupt and recently losng $2.3 billion dollars i just hope they won't interfere with the creators works. if they screw up the sinister six movie not only will spiderman and the creators be ruined but sony will be as well. i just hope they just let the creators do their own thing, hire great talents and re hire drew goddard for The Amazing Spider-man 3. with all of the adaptations reaching success this year and all of the other upcoming promising movies and shows spiderman has to do well. he can't be left in the dark especially with andrew gafrield, marc webb, dane dehaan, drew goddard, sally field, etc.

I agree with the rest, but Marc Webb hasn't really proven himself to be the right man for this job yet.

-What? That would make their relationship more convincing because of one line? That makes zero sense. Stop throwing extended scenes every single time. That scene with Norman edited for the trailers. Marc already said that. You don't get it,more scenes with them won't make the movie less rushed. They meet in one day and in the another there was already a conflict because of his blood. The flashback wouldn't do anything besides telling the audience of their friendship earlier.

-And it was quickly explained when Harry explore the cube contents. There was also a big friggin close on the armors screen. It wasn't essential. That's why it got cut by the director himself.

-It was already intense and after all that crying it would've been anticlimatic. Wouldn't improve anything regarding the plot.

-Tell me you are joking. Peter wants closure for don't knowing the truth. It's natural and he even stated to Aunt May how much he loves her. Uncle Ben was essential through the entire first movie, start and ending. The second one didn't need too focus on him again.

Don't twist things.

I agree with the rest, but Marc Webb hasn't really proven himself to be the right man for this job yet.

he has some great ideas and some great scenes like how things are set up well, connors's involvement with the parkers and oscorp, harry being the ultimate eddie of the movie, norman osborn dying from a goblin disease, and the originally idea of electro being the main villain of the trilogy. i also liked how he modernized peter making him more decorative and clever as a smart allic and a geek. i also love the symbol bringing in something new. i can also see how he tried to make this universe more realistic like say something out of josh trank where you are amazed that something like this is happening for real(though a mcfarlane lizard would've been more suitable). i also like his idea with aunt may being a nurse and combining some aspects of ditko and ultimate to the table and after reading superiorhero's script i kinda see where marc was going for and i also like how ambitious he is. while i do feel sympathy with how he went through i do agree that a new director would do like say drew goddard for instance. after he's done with the sinister six he can either replace marc webb for the third movie or just take over the 4th spiderman movie.

David S Goyer to write TASM3 with Uwe Boll directing.

-what line? are you sure you're reading this right because Isn't that the question of the day was just the name of the scene most people gave when sony first cut that out. i'm taking about extended scenes about their friendship about why they were friends in the first place and what made their relationship comparable.

-what makes you think i'm joking? htere was nothing awful about thinking about uncle ben. heck, with that shrug about uncle ben's death in the graduation and how he "misses his folks" and with how the movie treats his parents especially that awful alternate ending we do demand ben especially with how peter is struggling with his life at home and his relationship with his aunt and his parents especially how the secret resulted in killing ben.

-i know it's intense and i already felt the intensity but it would've made a nice homage to the death of gwen stacey as once harry killed gwen peter blames him for what happened especially how he laughed at him from afar. it's human and also it could be well executed.

-really? i must've missed it. did they explain it in the theatrical version?

really i don't hate the movie nor do i want you to hate it. i ijust think the movie deserves better
