Comics New X-Men: Academy X

since the new writers took over back in New X-men #20, they have appeared in 20, 23, 27, 28, 31, 37. Thats really not much more than they were doing before

I barely remember seeing them before the new writers came in. I might;ve seen them, but they were forgetable. I'll look in my backissues later. Also In fact, the first time I've seen them were in Endsong.

Well, I think its Rockslide since he like, you know, was "destroyed" in the last issue and he is in a country filled with lava. Cant it be that when he puts himself to pieces, he also get some of that lavastuff with him?

Why the hell has Victor got a weird ass arm???

What he couldn't grow back a similar one or is Vic due for an upgarde by chopping his limbs off??

It would add something to his power set though, so that'd be cool. He could not only remove his limbs, but now reform them and heat them to the point of lava or whatever. It'd help him develop into his own character, and not be just another Thing ripoff.

^Maybe they just wanted to change him up a bit? That makes three really big changes in powers (or control anyways) for the team, Rockslide, Hellion and Mercury.

no it hasnt, but he said change or control, and she has shown more control over it in the past few issues

Yeah, it looks really awkward now....someone needs to cut him up so he'll grow back evenly.

What does that mean? That the crossover takes place before the Magic arc in New X-Men, or Elixir returns to his black looks and Pixie is all right, or is it a flashback of some sorts?
