I'm not certain, but now that most Marvel Universe heroes have effectively been "federalized" under the terms of the SHRA, can they also be unionized as well( which trade union would want to represent superheroes any way- maybe the Teamsters of Jimmy Hoffa (Sr) infamy?). Can federal employees (outside the military) go on strike?

Y'know...good question. I suppose at first glance, although I'm certainly no expert, federal jobs across the US seem to all be non-union. Of course, the pay and benefits tend to be among the cream of the crop...typically a union is just not needed to negotiate pay & benes. Least that I've seen in my part of the world. Now state or municipal jobs, that's a different story. If they were local or state, they could be in like one of those cop unions, y'know where they don't even have to take pee tests anymore. Cops? No pee tests?

I guess some are above the law.

Anyways, who needs unions anyways. Just opens the doors wide for corruption...

Actually there is a union for federal government employees. It's called the American Federation of Government Employees. However, considering that the Initiative acts more like a military unit as opposed to an ordinary civil service job, I doubt that unionization would be allowed. It's not like the government takes a crap on their employees, like a lot of corporations do.

plus would the union really matter considering the registration act only matters if the writer puts it into the plot
