Yet an even bigger trade concept, ESPN.com has learned, was hatched Tuesday by the Wolves, in which Phoenix would likely be asked to trade away the player it has been trying not to trade, All-NBA center Amare Stoudemire, who would go to the Atlanta Hawks .
Minnesota, sources say, has been adamant that any trade with Boston would include Al Jefferson. The Celtics, in turn, are willing to part with Jefferson only if they're the team that gets Garnett. It remains to be seen if either side softens its stance in the final hours before the draft.
In the newer trade scenario, sources say, Minnesota is looking to acquire Atlanta's No. 3 and No. 11 picks in the draft along with several cap-friendly contracts from the Hawks and Suns. To participate, Atlanta wants Stoudemire from Phoenix.
KG! But the suns would rather trade Marion instead Stoudamire to ATL. If Marion agree's to an extension there.Who would Phoenix get?
what exactly can the bulls offer?Meanwhile Paxson is asleep at the wheel.
Why in Zeus' name would Kevin Pritchard, unless he was under the effects of alcohol or narcotics ...or both, do that? A 25-year old (granted, a headcase with no apparent inclination to contribute anything resembling defense) who put up 24/10 last year in exchange for a 27-year old (albeit with a ton of heart) with shaky knees and coming off shoulder surgery who put up 16/10. LA would have to sweeten that up a bit.The only other trade I can see working is the JO trade. If not, how about Zach Randolf for Lamar Odom! Straight up? Than we can package bynum, brown, for something else.

First Zach is on the trade block and the blazers need a veteran SF! They tried to get Rashard Lewis but that didnt work out. Next is Gerald Wallace in a sign and trade but I think Lamar Odom would be far better in that Portland system with Oden, Aldridge, Roy, and Jarrat Jack. Yes zach average 20+ pts and 10 rpg last year but he is least wanted 20/10 guy in the league! His value is pretty low considering the numbers he puts up! Lakers would get a legit 20/10 guy in Zach! And he's only 25 will plenty room of improvment. Now you might say Zach and Kobe cant get along but if Kobe can get along with shaq than it should be no problem with Zach. Phil Jackson is used to having nutcases in his team and made it work. I.E. Rodman. I think Phil can get the best out of Zach! And the lakers would still have Bynum and Brown to move. Why in Zeus' name would Kevin Pritchard, unless he was under the effects of alcohol or narcotics ...or both, do that? I don't even think Kupchak or Buss would be in favor of it if it was offered. Randolph and Mamba on the same team. They'd be swinging by the 3rd preseason game. Hmm. Maybe this ain't a bad idea after all.
All this trade talk the league has had with no actual results makes Bill Russell's beard itch.![]()
This year especially for us PnG'ers!!!!!!!!!I am really getting tired of of all this all talk no action crap! It happened last Feburaury, & seems to be happening again. Just do something! Anything! Stops teasing!!!
I've read reports that Amare doenst get along with his teammates, so the suns decided to move him but move him to the east. Why the hell would the Suns trade Amare for Garnett? I don't get that. You already have the better, younger player.
you mean pfStill, he is your top scorer. There is really not another center like him in the league.
