Go Lakers!... At least they didnt give up... cant afford to lose any at home now :csad:

The Truth has been just that for these first two games.

I still don't like the way Boston essentially gave LA life with this late collapse. It would have been better to send them back to downtown LA with a 20+ point beating.

Well I'm gald the Lakers didn't come back for two reasons.

One, I picked Boston to win game 2. Two, I had already done up the points as if the Celtics won.

Great comeback by the Lakers... although they lost. They should win the next 3.

 Hey Miami came back from 2-0 i know the Lakers can do it too

A lot of people thought that Kobe was gonna go nuts in game 2. I think you'll see that in game 3 at the Staples Center.

I don't think they can take 3 straight from Boston. I don't care how horrible they are on the road.

agreed, I don't want to make any excuses but it could be the different kind of rim Boston has. The only reason i bring this up cuz remember how LeBron had one of his worst games in game 1 shooting poorly and that happened in game 2 also, now Kobe missed a lot in game 1 and did ok in game 2, it's just weird to me that's all.

Wow, Boston almost blew it tonight. If Boston gets just 1 game in LA with the next three in Los Angeles, LA can forget about it after that. There's no way the Lakers will beat Boston three times in a row, it's just not going to happen.

I love watching the Laker lose, mainly because I want to hear the excuses fly from the fans and the bandwagoners now.

Rest assure though Kobe will come out firing in Game 3.

Ahh, the good old days.
*goes to queue 2006 Championship DVD for the 179th time.* :(

J - we need some of your magic... can you spare some :oldrazz:
Stern, ...I'm sorry, $tern no longer takes note of my PayPal account. You're on your own, buddy. :oldrazz:

Oh God, gas prices. :waa:

Kobe has to do something to get his teammates and the crowd fired up for the next three games. Their defense especially has to step it up cause it looked like they were just lazy out there tonight. The fouls all night long were just killer for the Lakers also. I'm gonna make a prediction that Kobe will have 40+ points in game 3.

agreed, once i saw Powe go coast to coast, i through my remote at my Chihuahua, i got yelled at though by my parents lol

I find it pretty amusing how people make the comparison of how Miami came back against Dallas. While I do believe shady officiating played a part with them winning the championship, Dallas and Boston are two different teams with one of them having a more historic background.

Boston has history that has carried over into the present and I just don't see Pierce, Garnett, or Allen allowing any kind of a comeback from LA. It's not to say that Boston will come into Staples and just flat out embarass them, because in all honesty, that is unrealistic and I'm expecting Kobe to do some serious damage in Game 3. I'm in agreement when posters are saying it could be a 40 to 50 point performance for Kobe in Game 3.

But seriously Laker fans, if Boston gets the next game you can forget about it this year.

Well that's putting it lightly...

That whole series was rigged.

win or lose, im proud of what the Lakers have accomplished this year and i know once they get Bynum back they're obviously going to have a better ball club

Pierce must had a really bad knee playing 40 minutes :whatever:

So you're using the "we're not 100%" excuse as to why you're losing? :whatever:

Translation: "Oh, boo hoo. My favorite team, who has gone 3-12 in their last 15 playoff games (including perhaps the biggest collapse and biggest upset in league history), lost in the Finals. It's not the team, it's the Evil Commissioner and his schemes. I don't care if it is two years after the fact, Kleenex can't make enough product to console me." :waa:

Yeah, because we all know Kobe has never played 40 minutes while being "injure"d. :whatever:

Get over it, Pierce IS the truth and you Laker crybabies can't handle it.
