Rays aren't an underdog story anymore... this series was a slaughter... underdogs don't win like that. People should be rooting for the Phillies if they like underdogs.

Rays will be considered the underdog because of their history. Though not like the Phillies have had much better success.

Rays over the Phillies in 5.

Not Tonight. 8-7 win. At least they are trying to make a series out of it.

This is why I love Terry Francona. He stayed patient through the whole game and didn't panic. He's one hell of a coach. We all know what happens when the Red Sox get momentum.

I can't believe they lost like that. They were doing so well in the first 6 innings. :(

This felt like watching a Met game with the Rays being the Mets:o

I was in complete shock during the entire comeback last night. I couldn't believe it, I just sat there with my mouth open. Exciting as hell.

However, I really don't think this is going to phase the Rays. They are so damn strong willed and are such a talented team. I don't see the Red Sox pulling this out to be honest, but the win still adds to what the Red Sox have done in the postseason.

Beckett has to be vintage Beckett if the Red Sox want a chance of winning this.

Which we haven't seen in a bit. I think he wanted this chance to redeem himself, if the bats are clicking as they did the last 45 - 60 minutes last night and Beckett is the Beckett he was, they have a good shot. Then the luxury of coming back with Lester in game 7 and hot bats, that would be huge for them. However, I really don't see that happening, but after last night, 2004, and 2007...

The Sox proved us wrong :wow:

It was a nice win, but the Rays have been legit on all fronts during the postseason. Rays at home is tough.

What's the most you would spend for a ticket to the World Series?

I get into Fenway for free, so if they make it that far, I won't spend anything.
