It's easy, THEY DIDN'T WIN WHEN IT COUNTED. How else do I have to spell that out? Is it a nice story for the team? Sure, but nobody is going to care about that when they look back on this World Series 20 years from now. They'll remember the Phillies beating the upstart Rays in spectacular fashion (if it ends tonight).

Carlos Pena just saved the MLB from being embarrassed as much as possible.

I think MLB was waiting as long as they could for the Rays to tie the game up. I'm glad they did. Having the World Series get rained out in a clinch game would have been horrible.

I noticed that as soon as they showed him warming up. He was touching the brim of his hat sometimes. I'm not sure why someone would come out wearing something so noticable.

Suggesting someone cheated because your guys couldn't hit him is classless IMO. He's looking for excuses.

He didn't cheat. Like I said, why would anyone come out with something so noticable. And Joe Maddon only told the umpires to watch what he was doing. I would have done the same thing. It IS the World Series.
