What's funny is she played a Frost in Die Another Day, and that character was basically Emma.

But does anyone else think that the possible inclusion of Emma may negate the need to have Storm involved? Seems to me that they wouldn't be interested in having THREE powerful female leads, esp. with Emma needing the most character development.

I dont see the problem with having three strong chicks in the movie, however given that Singer is very attached to this project I fear Storm doesnt really have much of a chance in terms of character development or even showing up at all.

There is so much not known plot wise about this movie its killing me!

Since when is Bryan Singer a Storm hater? Where did you get this idea? It's moreso the reality that Storm has always been overshadowed by the other characters. With that said, I don't expect much from her character in the movie (assuming she's in).

That's a little presumptuous for the studio that brought us Marmaduke.. and trust me, this is how it usually starts. I'm not saying that things are destined to go sour.

I don't ignore that this time, we appear to have a slightly higher quality of people working on this so far. Personally it's going to take a bit more to really win me over in where this movie is going.

I've been let down many times in the past (not just CB movies BTW).

I'm remaining entirely optimistic but I'm a realist too. We haven't had a legitimate action adventure/drama director on board in a FOX comic book movie since X2 so I really have high hopes here. I'm just not getting too excited yet because frankly, we still don't know a lot and we haven't seen a lot,...

I would be more optimistic if more of my faves were going to be in this film. I am hoping that as more casting is announced, tehy might actually include someone who interests me. All my top faves have already been done (Gambit, Beast and Wolverine) and not one of them can realistically be included. I do wonder who the bad guy is going to be. There's always a bad guy, right? Hope it's someone cool.

Emma in Wolverine was not "known" as Emma Frost. Perhaps only in credits but they could make her a mutant named Emma who just transformed into diamond. Remember Hank Mccoy was in X2 as human as well. He didn't have anything to do with Hank Mccoy Beast in X3.

As long as they state that First Class takes place 10 or so years later after Wolverine & they just want the characters to be older then I guess that is okay
