Having seen XFC last night, I felt disappointed that we did not get to see him direct X3. How it would turn out.

However, X3 came when the franchise was on the high and that the studio assumed everything will be great. Halle wanting big part, James and Rebecca weren't available. Vaugn's cat Beast and Angel with smaller wings were rejected. It probably turned out better but not XFC or X2 level.

After seeing X-men First Class, I will now bow down and call him master. Please let him stay for as long as he likes and make as many great X-films as possible! He really gets it.
