Yeah, here it is.
I can't stand Kevin Smith.
- He talks about comic books like he's an "industry insider", yet he hasn't made a comic book movie.
He has actually written comic books, so yeah is an industry insider.
- He's a terrible actor (Die Hard 4.0, and anything else).
He is isn't that bad, plus he admits he can't act.
- He's a HORRIBLE director. Who gives a crap about anything he's made?
I give a crap. I love his movies. Even Jersey Girl.
- He's immature, useless, not funny, not talented, and it's a real wonder why he's still in the business.
Listen to one of his podcasts, & tell this mu-f**ker isn't funny. The dude can make talking about pudding funny.
- He has opinions that are usually idiotic, like claiming that someone as prestigious as Tim Burton would steal something of his from a stupid comic strip. (Yes, he was joking, but the tubby won't let it go).
He won't let it go because people like the story. It is a funny ass story. But like he said about the Farrelly Bros. jokingly stealing his *** shot idea. Great minds think a like.
- He sticks his nose in everything that's cool and craps all over it. He appears on a Die Hard 4.0 documentary and acts as if he has something to do with the franchise, even though he spent literally 3 minutes in the fourth movie.
If I remember right Bruce Willis wanted him to have something to do with that.
- He's the Uwe Boll of Comedies.
& you sir are the sumofgod of posters.
- People seem to love him, and I strongly believe that they don't understand what talent is.
That is all.
I am going to pull out an old cliche of poster insults, because I think is qualifies here. i am guessing you are young. Like between 15, 19. If that is the case then I understand why you wouldn't like Smith. He isn't making movies for you. Clerks 2 wasn't about you. It was about peeps in there late 20's, & 30's. His movies are directed towards people born in the late 60's, & 70's.
If you were born in that time frame, then I can't help you. You are sad man that doesn't get that comedy is about one thing. Being funny.
