I'd personally prefer DD a little older and not straight out of law school. Maybe Foggy Nelson will be the senior partner in this firm here. Isn't it called "Nelson and Murdock" anyway?
Although why would Foggy take him on as a partner immediately? Maybe they are a breakaway firm from something larger, and Foggy persuades him to join him on a new venture? A bit like the first episode of Ally McBeal where she left her previous firm to go and work for Cage and Fish?
