The last update on Shovel Knight was a month ago about PAX East. Looking at the recent comments on that, it seems like they'll make another announcement soon.

My buddy got Kirby yesterday. He beat it this morning. Said he enjoyed te nostalgia from it but it's far too easy. He said he never died and he's not sure if you even can, lol. I will get it as I love Kirby but I'm gonna wait.

I got Mario Golf digitally so it was 29.99 and I quite honestly have been having more fun with it than any golf game I've ever played.

Colin said in Podcast Beyond that they ran into some issues converting it and want it to be perfect before they port it over. He expects it sometime this month.

I don't plan on getting a 3DS but I recently found my old DS and played the hell out of Chrono Trigger. Having gotten all 13 endings, again, I'm looking at other DS rpgs. Any suggestions since I adored CT?

Nonsense. That's pretty much the one area where Nintendo is ahead of the curve. In time I fully expect other companies to follow Nintendo's example.

Yeah, I'm fine with the Directs, too. Really, what do the conferences being live really matter to anything? As long as you get the information, that's the important part. The rest is just flash and farts.

Nintendo's presentation at last years E3 was great IMO. It gave us news on some amazing games coming out from them. That's what E3 is for, right?

I would say so, but some people have a hard time accepting that when it's not on stage in front of a bunch of journalists, I guess.

Well it's kinda that and having some version of a playable demo build in your hands for them. The presentation with the representatives of the consoles speaking is a bit over blow at times. but just seeing new things game wise and having playable demo build of those coming games there mostly I think. it's one thing to see them and it's another to play at least some of those not matter the stage they are in .

It's showmanship. You want to make it feel like a big event, with lots of stuff to show off. You want fans involved. Why even have it otherwise?

Either do it right, or don't bother. Just release your video on youtube and stay home.
