I think all four of them have temporarily switched powers at one time or another, honestly.

i don't know if it's been mentioned, but the text inthe trailer says "the forces that made them fantastic, will give rise, to a new power"

i just thought that was interesting. like the surfer and the four's powers are linked, maybe? or maybe i'm just reading too much into it, who knows.

I'm speechless. Wow. This movie will rock. Johnny and Ben switch powers ? Excelent. t: The sets look better. It's sharper, more polished. We'll have to see, but it is everything i hoped for. Excelent trailer.

I was thinking that, if Galactus really IS a cloud... then I guess maybe the cosmic storm WAS Galactus...

^^ You know what is really amazing, that they kept all this from us. I still have not read the book spoilers but it is lovely that they have done this. Yes the FF switched powers before, most recently Johnny took Sues powers while she gained his.

Read the comics people, some of them are actually good.

I am still downloading from apple but from the reports people are pleased. And harry praising FF2...... um well I guess it is time to send for the priest, guess it is the end of the world for real.

Guess Galactus has to eat.

it looks good. I still don't know about the story. or the Doom costume they've decided on using. but at the least, it looks like it has some action. better than skiing and motorcross scenes for sure. if they're going to spend a lot of money on a movie like this, miscast someone like Alba and get Fishbourne to voice a role for no better reason than "i'd be cool", they sure better at least deliver with action. that's where Superman Returns failed big. even X3. at least this will keep me awake.

Silver surfer was great to see, especially when he dodges missles. Like the part when johnny turn to .

Not too thrilled about Alba's look (in some shots she almost looks like a plastic doll come to life; and no that's not a damn compliment).

Glad to hear that I'm not the only one to think that.

Yeah, that's definitely LF's voice.

Where was LF's voice in the trailer???

Just watched the trailer. Looks mighty fine.

Really impressed... looks more epic than X3. Real team action in the city, and in the mountains too.... that will be great to see. Good music, it give this sequel a more dramatic tone, like it.

I think this will be a good sequel, and a good rival to Spiderman franchise.

Looks good, I thought the first one was decent, but this seems to be taking a more serious tone, with some of the family fun mixed in. The Silver Surfer looks great, and I hope to see Classic Doom in there. So far that looks to be the case.

Where was LF's voice in the trailer???

When Silver Surfer speaks his one line about how "everything you know is at an end" or whatever, it's Laurence Fishburne. Pretty unmistakably.

I made a thread suggesting that over a year ago. And trailer looks fantastic. I was shaky on Fishburne but he sounded quite good as the Surfer. And the power swap scene looks awesome...haha.

It seems they changed his face and smoothed out his features quite a bit. The SS that is.
