The trailer is nice, but so was X3 - At this point, it's a wait and see based on Tim Story's pathetic first film. Let's hope he can release a film this time around that actually gets some respect and has an actual story with good performances....
Yeah it's not a SSkrull at all. It's Johnny with his Torch powers and thing powers combined.
Milkman was giving it a chance, read his post next time and don't just jump on people when they say something negative.Milk, you make my day. Why can't you just give it a chance ? Pathetic ? I don't think so. Try it, you might like it.
I must say that this trailer rocked and in the spirit of comparison, let's see how the visuals have improved over the course of a few months.

I must say while the teaser had near perfect SFX, the final trailer has definiately improved on all aspects. I'm glad SS doesn't have those hollow eyes and white pupils. Plus the texture seems alot smoother and glistens more with reflection. thank god Weta is doing the visuals.
I think Spiderman 3, Pirates, Harry Potter and Transformers are in tough competition for best SFX oscar this year.
Gotta say I love the new trailer, but I have one problem. And not with the film itself. Just a little personal quirk that always bothers me. It has to do with this shot.

The x-ray hanging just to Sue's left is what is referred to as a K.U.B. (kidneys-ureters-bladder shot). Several things are wrong here. The film is fogged (therefore undiagnostic), the bladder is clipped, and the film is hanging UPSIDEDOWN!!!!!!! The pelvis is on top of the spine! I hate that crap!
Just like the first few seasons of Scrubs where the chest x-ray in the opening credits was hung backwards (with the heart on the wrong side).
It's not that big of a deal, but if you're on the crew and you go out and get a viewbox for hanging x-rays, and then you go out to the local hospital and get tossed away films, just ask somebody how to hang the films.
Also there is a lower leg film (distal femur, knee and proximal tib/fib) that is hung upside down. And there is even an MRI image of a T1 sagittal brain that would never realistically be filmed as one-on-one like it is.
It's not a big deal, but it pulls ME out of the moment.

Other than that... GREAT TRAILER.
