Actually, after all the delays, I believe Thor #603 is due out on September 30th, the same day.

This group is so freaking slow they'll end up putting out all issues by three different artists at the same time. Cripes...is marvel holding checks or something?

All this, for a wimp Thor with his cracked toy. Next he'll need a slingshot just to get airborne.

So any guesses on who the permanent new team will be? I would not be surprised to see Fraction take over after Gillen. I loved his one shots.

I'm thinking it'll be Fraction and a big-name artist. My only concern with Fraction is that everyone will be a total *****ebag. The guy's currently writing Iron Man and the Uncanny X-Men, who are almost all *****ebags now. But we'll see. I just hope they don't transplant the Iron Man team over, 'cause Larroca draws a horrible Thor. Worse than the majority of the other stuff he draws, which is saying something. I'd absolutely love to see Zircher on the main Thor series, although I doubt his work would be particularly prompt. He seems to have a very detailed, time-consuming style.

I like Tan's art, just wish he didn't draw people's mid-sections so damn wide. It's worse than Coipel(who I like too )

I don't know about Uncanny X-Men, as I don't read it, but I wouldn't say everyone in Invincible Iron Man is a *****ebag. He salvaged the likeability of the Tony Stark character when everyone else had taken to writing him as a total slimeball. And he tackled the Everest of anti-*****iness by turning Maria Hill into a sympathetic character.

I was mostly talking about X-Men and Tony's default *****ebagginess. He's doing a good job with Iron Man based on the previews I've seen. Although, in fairness, the Knaufs were already writing a pretty likable Tony and a tolerable Maria in Iron Man: Director of SHIELD before that got canceled.

Looks great. Mico Suayan's artwork is fantastic and Milligan seems to be really into Thor's lore. I doubt many modern writers even know of Thor's big dust-up with Seth back in the day.

Also, "body and souls" was a nice touch.

Given that neither JMS nor Coipel are involved, I think it's a safe bet.

I'd be more concerned about the two JMS issues finishing his run that are both supposed to come out on September 30th.
