His punches are slow and he carries relatively no knock out power. Sonnen also doesn't understand the concept of head movement and how to throw a proper hook or jab. In addition, he rarely utilizes knees and legkicks.

So how is Chael's striking underrated when it's below average?

Silva was exhausted and wounded against the fence. Add in the juice factor as well and you've got yourself the incredibly rare knock down from Chael Sonnen.

Hey, if Nogueira's, Wanderlei's, Cro Cop's and Fedor's names pop up in a steroid investigation (with evidence) then you make a legitimate point, but right now, you're desperately seeking for straws to clutch.

It's ironic, you depise Rampage for his antics but you refuse to back down from defending a steroid-user.

You don't have proof that Sonnen was legitimating roiding up. He was legally allowed to take testosterone before. Keep in mind the athletic commissions do allow this treatment as long as the levels are correct. Sonnen's levels apparently tested too high and he was punished for that. Other than this time there is nothing to prove he abused it before since he passed all his previous drug tests.

Here's some proof. Pride 32, failed drug tests by Kevin Randleman and Vitor Belfort who were both fighting in Pride at the time. They were actually tested for that even since it was the first Pride event held in Nevada. Josh Barnett who fought in Pride for a while failed a drug test in 2009 and twice beforehand in the UFC earlier in the decade.

So until you can prove to me Sonnen was actually juicing beforehand than I don't need proof about any of their Pride guys and their questionable records.

It doesn't matter if Sonnen wasn't caught beforehand. The course of action still leaves an asterisk. That's how it works (just as 80-90% of Sosa's, Bonds' and McGwire's HRs are forever tainted). So, whether or not you choose to accept it, Chael's resume becomes foul and unscrupulous.

If Sonnen was indeed allowed to take testosterone like you say then why didn't the athletic commission lift the suspension and charges? Marquardt provided evidence to investigators and was relieved shortly after, Chael did not on the other hand. Sounds you're just pulling excuses out of your ass now -- but Sonnen fans are infamous for that quality. Next you'll tell me he's innocent of the Money Laundering and lying to federal investigators charges too.

You're theory on Fedor, Nogueira, Wanderlei and Cro Cop is groundless and unwarranted. It's nearing Zuffa-Zombie levels now. Yes, Randleman, Barnett and Belfort were all busted. There's no denying that, but your 'logic' is catastrophically flawed if you're stating that every single fighter at Pride was juicing because several fighters were caught.

It is the equivalent of me proclaiming that every soul in a prominently African-American urban neighbor is a drug dealer, pimp, thug, deadbeat father, disease ridden and/or kool-aid loving muthaf**ka. Not only is it highly inaccurate but it's incredibly outlandish, to say the least.

Let me reiterate, unless you have strong evidence linking Nogueira, Fedor, Wanderlei and Cro Cop to PEDs (which you don't), you better stick to wearing your aluminum foil hat and leaving the actual investigative/journalistic work to the professionals at FOX News.

Sonnen was barely over thats what you don't understand, it was like 1/10 of whatever testosterone to DHT ratio or whatever.


This time he will be perfectly in the normal range. Also I don't understand why you would think the fight would go any differently than the last fight.
Anderson hasn't switched camps, he has steven seagal in his corner, dan gable would take steven seagal out. Anderson fights the same every fight unless he does something radically different expect similar results.


A knockdown is a knockdown as far the judges are concerned, it doent matter how gassed anderson is.
